When I reached the cashier, it appears that the price for the item that I choose was higher than what was indicated on the shelf. Fortunately, the salesperson was understanding and honored the price displayed on the shelf. That what customer service is about. It was a pleasant shopping experience, and I would recommend this store to others.

People are really nice and attentive. The store is clean. Found the shoes we wanted. Are all Big 5's kind of dim inside? I've been to plenty and they all seem to be this weird shade of gray. Other than that, everything is stocked neatly and they have a wide selection of shoes.

The samoan girl ( Tatiana) went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. I even bought things I didn't need .lol ... in the end I was satisfied with the products I bought at this big 5 and liked Tatiana's attitude towards my attentive needs . MAHALO !!!

I am a cancer patient in remission. I go to this location often. Always a friendly staff willing to help. Upon purchasing a weight bench and weights the manager was more than helpful as he took the equipment out to my car and loaded it in for me. And told me to take care of myself. Its local for me so I will always go back. Customer Service is what sets one store apart from another.

I was in and out. I was quick because I knew what I wanted. Immediately I was welcomed and was offered help simultaneously, but I denied there offers. They graciously accepted as I picked up a set of boots that I had bought before which we're exactly what I needed. Thank you BIG 5 of Highland Park! I have always been greeted at the door by every person working the register. Each department will ask if we need assistance. Store is well organize and items are easily located. The Store is small in size, but the team members make big customer service.

I found nice work out gear for less. They had soft cozy team pillows I couldn't resist.
We also found everything we originally went in for, sliders, softball socks, and helmet. Everything was affordable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very professional.

NO FIREARMS AT ALL ammo is extremely expensive like everywhere in California other than that is good to go has everything else besides firearms that ya could want ...

I went two days ago and this is my second time going here. The two times I gone to this store 👍it has been a great experience. The workers are helpful and they have the patience to deal with my coupons. I definitely recommend this place.

The employees were incredibly helpful and patient even when I had a ton of basic questions. Possibly the best sporting goods store I've ever been to!

I've always loved going into sporting good stores. The imagination flies with what I would do with so many things. My father and I always went to the Big 5 in Glendale. Now that there is one closer to home makes going to this store easier.

Amazed I found some Spenco sandals! The store associates didn't know what I talked about when i initially asked for them. The manager knew exactly and showed his store associates. I am thankful for the awesome teamwork. Living my Spenco's!
