I love horse racing and this was my first visit to a racetrack Stateside. It was magnificent. So authentic and original but with great screens graphics. Table service was excellent and the backdrop just amazing. We were in Silks. It was an incredible experience. For any racegoers just go and enjoy 😀

First time here and I was blown away by the retro ambiance. This venue took me to the races in the Wayback Machine. Can't wait to see it come alive for the Breeders Cup!

A vibrant place to be on a weekend with friends or family. Large racetrack and facilities with meaningful history. It’s just lovely to watch a horse race out here against the beautiful backdrop (and of course place bets if that’s your cup of tea). There were some food vendors but less than I was expecting. Plenty of seating/space both indoors and out. Some lingering cigarette smoke near the track so go further out for some fresh air. Lots of parking so just follow the signs. Loved all the little details like the trimmed trees and neatly arranged courtyards. Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a place to greet the horses too. Tickets are $10 for nonmembers going in to the club house, past the security check. Would recommend you check it out if you’re in the area!

I always have fun times at Santa Anita Park. It’s a great place to take friends, family, & out of town guest. There are some changes they made post covid. Food ordering is from a QR code & they bring the food to your table in bags. The staff is really helpful in telling you where things are. Bring cash if you want to bet on horses. Since my party got Silks seating the race program was free. Look over the race program before you bet because my party didn’t see the professional picks until we were about to leave. “Silks” is outdoors, but if you prefer indoor seating then checkout “Frontrunner” restaurant. If your debating between regular admission or getting a table, the tables are worth the $20. I’m not sure if it’s because post covid or because it was a rainy day, but the race track was not packed at all. I know years ago the race track would bring people from all over, but it looks like attendance is dwindling. Hopefully more people come out & support Santa Anita Race track. I have made wonderful memories with family & friends here. Hope to visit again soon. Parking is free.

Classic racecourse done in architecture from the 40's to the 2020's. Unparalleled scenery. Men's restrooms have old time troughs at some locations. Visit before it's gone!

What a tremendous day we had even though it was raining, we still had a fabulous and fantastic day looking at the horses and enjoying the day filled with great company in this beautiful place. We will be coming back very soon, hopefully it won’t be raining but if it does we will still have fun!

The State Park is located here and have to say I had a good time. Lots of delicious food options and drinks. My favorite was the spiral potatoe and micheladas. Only bad thing tho, porta pottys and really pricey games. The carnies were cool tho.

I went to see the early morning training of the horses. it was a lot of fun to watch beautiful racehorses, friendly staff, and
good breakfast.
I ate oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries.
It was only $4 and free coffee.
There is nothing better than a good morning meal and lovely horses.

A fun family day. We packed a lunch in an ice chest and sat in the infield. Plenty of benches (even bleachers) in the infield so no need to bring chairs. We were able to check out the horses and jockeys before their races. $4 to park. $5 to get in.

Loved betting on these ponies! Good food and drinks. Service was good and prices reasonable. Clean and plenty of parking. This day I got lucky and bet on the jockeys. $13 turned into $427. Good times.

We had THE best day of our lives here. We are so glad we chose SAP for our wedding. We chose the chandelier ball room which took our breath away when Rebecca Young showed it to us. We had such ease in working with SAP. The food, the staff, the venue, everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend them enough for your wedding, too.

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. My friends and I always have the best time here even if we lose money. One of my favorite places on earth. Very classy and elegant yet reasonable prices. I could go on for days on how much I love Santa Anita Race Track.

Just returned Home to Ireland after visiting The State again.
Anytime I Visit I make sure to go racing so this was my 3rd time at the track and I love it more each time I go.
From the sense of nostalgia to the excellent staff and the tireless efforts of trainers jockeys and everybody else involved this place is special and always will be.

We went here for the Electric Mile drive through event. It was so much fun and we had a blast. I highly suggest it for families with children of all ages. It was very well organized as well. Everything about it was perfect.

The atmosphere at Santa Anita Park is always electric. Even on a random Thursday, the track was busy with people looking to get rich quick. There is a reason that Santa Anita Park is known as one of the premier racetracks in the nation. The venue boasts beautiful greenery, massive seating areas, and a race experience like no other. Attendants were helpful and friendly. There are multiple areas where you can place wagers and watch other live races on a wall of TV’s. The food is good and affordable relative to similar venues. Santa Anita never fails to deliver an electric race day experience.
