While we were being helped I sat and watched as these young men deal with customers. These guys handled these people with smiles and compassion for each person that came in. It was very genuine. I was very happy to see some people really do take customer service seriously! I applaud all 3 of these young men here today. JT went above and beyond switching my phone carrier and patiently waited and assisted with issues I was having with Apple. Even though this took a long time, he never made me feel rushed. He helped me set up my new phone, T-mobile app and Netflix. The process took about 2.5 hours (mostly due to my Apple issues) but was not a painful process due to the amazing customer service JT provided! I would recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone!!

Amazing customer service! Fast resolution and workers experienced!

We went in to switch from Verizon after being with them for 25 plus years. The staff here was welcoming and helpful. They helped to make sure we got the best equipment and prices.
They set us up and took great care of us. Tervel and Sheradan were both all about customer service. We really appreciated this versus what we had experienced ced time and time again at Verizon.
So far the service is better as well.
Highly recommend the home internet.

Last visit was Jan 2019 & this is my review from then! Great ppl & fantastic service! One of the best for customer service, personality, knowledgeable on all the phones, super patient with me, no pressure & the manager 'Austin' went above & beyond in helping me get my new phone & set it up exactly how I wanted it.... Not how it's always done automatically when they set up your phone in the store when they transfer from your old 📱 phone to your new! Saved me a huge hassle! Tyvm Young man! Hope you still work there now that your store is open regular hrs again! Time for me to upgrade to an even better phone again! 👍 😁lol

Was looking for a family plan. Young man named Juan serviced me. Told me about a great deal. Ended up getting 4 free new phones. 3 lines for 140$ and a free additional line! Unbelievable. Every time I have issues with my account or phone. They end up fixing it, no matter what. What a great service they give me.

I walked in to the T Mobile store in Hillsboro next to the Winco, I cannot be more happier with the costumer service of Tervel & Sheradan. They answered all of my questions and I walked out of there a happy T Mobile Costumer. Definitely never leaving T Mobile 🙏🏻

I came in needed help with adding a line to to my moms account and cancel my account and Sheradan was absolutely amazing even after I was confused and came across a lil rude she kept her composure and helped explain everything to me so I could understand. She went above and beyond and is and example of what great customer services should be i was so please with the service she gave us. Sheradan was absolutely amazing she rocks.
