Low key, a lyft driver ditched me in town and my phone was dead big time. I was a mess and the cashier was a ray of light in the dark. She charged my phone up just this once and saved me from one hell of a night

Go to this Jackson's Location with my Best Friend Kashi. We usually go right when they open because we need smokes and this location is closer than 7-11. Store is almost always well stocked, they have two restrooms which are also fairly clean compared to other gas station bathrooms.

Queen Diana is the ruler of this location and is professional, courteous, and friendly. As manager of this stores location she is clearly excessive in her job role requirements.

They have some hot food items, slurpee type drinks and some decent coffee makers.

They have a solid assortment of goods for a gas station convenience location.

Besides your favorite snacks they have some other goods tagging from sunglasses, mobile phone accessories such as cables and headphones, small selection of medicine type items and condoms, they also have a small section of an isle which has all my favorite things such as super glue gorilla tape etc.

They also have an ATM at this location.

Location is Managed well and store is always clean and in good order.

I have had many great experiences here with the staff. Top notch to me. I’m think the guys name is Caleb, night shift always has a beenie on get a big shout out. I am stressed from some family issues and dude was genuinely concerned and straight up said dude if you need to talk I’m here. It blew me away cause in today’s society that doesn’t happen to often ESPECIALLY from someone you don’t even know. Also the night guy that’s a cowboys fan (sorry I don’t know his name) he always has a Dallas hat on and wears glasses is a rock star for this business as well. Always upbeat and makes you look forward to walking. . Well done Jackson’s cause it wasn’t always like that as a matter of fact I used to avoid this place and now it’s my go to spot and have pretty much cut 7-11 out of my shopping choices. Oh and the young girl with glasses is great too, you rock girl!!!!

I just called this location and they do not take can recycling now because of COVID 19

As a Rideshare driver all over Portland metro, I have found Jacksons to provide not only the best selection, but also the cleanest & best customer service. Unfortunately this one is greatly lacking in customer service. From the manager down.

I only frequented this store because of the amazing staff working in the mornings. The store itself is frequently out of stock on common items and it's extremely packed in the mornings, especially if you're getting gas (parking lot is filled to the brim with vehicles, literally blocking the exits/entrances at times).

Unfortunately, the district manager had the bright idea of firing a head associate working in the store (who was extremely competent and knowledgeable in their position) after returning from having an emergency. When confronted about it (I contacted via Jackson's website) the district manager then disrespected even more of his employees by claiming other associates, and myself, broke a code of conduct for caring about what happened to this person. Even going so far as to state these associates would be admonished for it. Absolutely abhorrent behavior.

They will no longer be receiving my business.
