Harbor Freight Tools

Pro: I found the thing I needed, and it was half the price of anywhere else!
Con: I typed out this long-winded but minor complaint, but the reality is some friction exists. This store didn't do anything particularly wrong.

Has pretty much every tools you'll be looking for. They offer discounts coupons all the time. If a membership you'll get extra discounts.

I understand the store got some new management. My interactions with the Store Manager Chris were very pleasant. He was informative and honest. He interacted with his employees with respect and professionalism. I will continue to come to this location.

Great outlay and gigantic site. A ton of truck parts and lifts for automotive work.

The people who work here are pretty great, especially if you like dad jokes.

Harbor Freight is a great place to great great tools at good prices. The have a wide variety of options and many of the tools I need.
This particular store has excellent customer service and the employees are really knowledgeable.

They always have good deals. I like that they have cheap tools. I tend to be rough on them and misuse them. For this I don't like to buy expensive tools.

That is not to say they are bad quality. They are decent quality and excellent quality for the price.

I really love the free coupons they have, you can never have tool many flashlights, tape measures or screws drivers. And the 20% off coupon, I get them in the mail, magazines ads, newspapers and they are emailed to me.
I never go without one. I sometimes will hold off on buying something till tomorrow, just so I can use another coupon.

Sometimes the 20% off coupon won't work because the item you are buying is excluding. But using they have a coupon just for that item, and it is better then 20%off

You really can't go wrong here.

What can I say but good tools

always get what I need. i may not have the money to buy what i really want and they offer good 'will do for now' small project items. i do love the air tools. NEVER had an issue with a single one of them. all work fantastic and I've never had to take one back.

This place always just what I need in tools and hardware. The only drawback is that their employees aren't very knowledgeable about their products. But their tools are excellent for the home DIYer, but not contractors grade.

Great prices, not all tools are great quality but for the average consumer most will work. Still, don't just buy cheap, sometimes spend the money and get something that will last and work better. Harbor freight has new lines of tools coming in all the time and the quality is excellent but they are more on the pricey side but you won't care as it shows when you use them.

Never been a huge fan of harbor freight until I shopped at this location. Spot on customer service and after purchase support.
I will definitely do more business with them because they believe in customer service.

The staff was very helpful... easy to see help and find items rapidly.

Been years since I shopped here in substantial form so I was trying to figure out which of my coupons would benefit me the most, one of them was 30% off on up to five items (valued under $10.00). 11 of the 12 items on my receipt received further discounts.

I sat in my car reading this and playing with my purchase. I want to go back in and buy a few repeats (gifts) of the awesome 588 lumen, 538 foot range flashlight they had on special for $10.00. The coupon says I can have up to four of them at the great price. I made a stop sign reflect from so far away I did not think that was possible for so inexpensively.

Went in to just browse. They had a sale on something I wanted, but none on the shelf. The young lady I talked to went and looked in the back (she knew exactly what she was looking for) and unfortunately they didn't have any more. But she was more than happy to help even after a demanding customer before me.

Best tools store in the area, everything you need is here at so low prices you can't stop buying staff. The free tool is something I'll be there for.

Had to buy oscillating multi tool for a diy project. Had some questions and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding the best fit for me. They didn't try to upsell to most expensive model. Just what was best for the way, and how often, I need tools.
