Lead guy extremely helpful with their online prices v store. Ridiculous way to market sales against themselves . 🤔🙄

Store was in a little bit of a disarray when I visited. The staff was friendly.

Great plaz to shop lots of good stores!! Old Navy is a good one as well lots of sales all the time. Great baby and toddler outfits and they were on sale! Will def visit again soon.

I got awesome pajamas for me and my kids. They'll be able to use them even after the holidays. Black and red checkered bottoms and thin white flannel top. Pictures next year will look awesome.

I went there looking for for some khakis and initially came up empty. Ended up buying a belt.
While at the register, the lady asked if I found everything I was looking for, to which I replied, "I was looking for some khakis but didn't find my size on the table."
She offered to help me look after finishing with the transaction. Another employee ultimately helped me check the table because by then, the line to check out was growing. After looking up the SKU on the handheld scanner, the system showed just one pair left. Searching through the stack, we came up empty but the gentleman offered to check the back/dressing room to see if they were there. Luckily, he came back with the last pair in my size!
Overall, a great experience that saved me time by getting everything I needed in-store rather than having to order anything online.

My go to shopping place. Excellent customer service and friendly employees. Good collection but if looking in Petite size than its hard to find in-store.

I drive from Tierrasanta to this location instead of the Mission Valley location for a few different reasons: 1. Not as crowded, easy to find parking. 2. They have a FULL men's section. It seems so many Old Navy locations (like the Mission Valley one) have a very small Men's section. 3. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 4. Always stocked, clean, organized.

Not a lot of room to move around but worth it because of the great deals . love the toddlers pants and shorts they all have elastic adjustments on the inside.for now on I'm getting all pants and shorts from old navy

Left my phone in the store, tore my car apart looking for it and one of the employees held it behind the counter for me when I came back.

Haven't shopped in Old Navy in a very long time. I'm happy to say that I believe they have stepped up their quality and the prices are incredible.

Their jeans come in all different sizes from short to long. Being 5'3 it's great to be able to get a short pair in any style they have!

Newly renovated and remodeled. They always have what I need and it’s clean where you can find items. Most ON stores are piles you have to sift through.
