Best AMPM I've been to. Great customer service. It's clean and well-maintained. I go for hot/iced coffee and soda regularly and rarely have to deal with those products being unavailable or out of service (unlike other places). Plus they offer crushed ice (if you're an ampm fan you know they don't all have this option). It's a little pricey for convenience items (ie candy), but that's to be expected. Otherwise, there's nothing not to like about this place.

They were very helpful when we had a tire pressure problem.

Huge store with a wide selection of stuff and friendly staff as well

Huge convince store with a large variety of snacks, and candy. The drink selection is huge with several refrigerators carrying and wide variety of beer, soda, and other assorted drinks (juices, health beverages, ext.) Healthy snacks are also available here.

They carry moderate amount of tobacco products, with the smokeless varity being above average. Lotto is cash only.

Despite it being a busy location they are usually stocked with most everything. This store is clean but the customer service needs some work.

Always has the cheap gas in Mira Mesa but the customer service could use work.

I like most of the people that work here. It does anger me that people park right in front of the store where there is a reyellow line. When it gets really busy with people buying gas, there is hardly enough room as it is. Looks like there are no handicap spots, either. Stop being lazy and park in the parking spots. You should be towed!

Employee left store at 130 and as I ran up after getting off work. She said I am leaving. For 30 min. 6 other people were waiting outside. I won’t waste my time ever coming here again if this is how there customer service is. Wow!! The employee was rude and said oh well I am out of here. Glad I don’t have some one running my business like this. Bad customer service total of 12 people came to door between 145 and 2 am

I was lied to and treated poorly by Mary, staff member at this store. TL;DR is she refuses to honor an advertised price and gave me attitude while lying to my face.

Today, Mary has embodied everything we despise about retail workers.

I buy E85 fuel here frequently. I came inside today to buy gum, and grabbed a package of ice breakers next to the register. The label says $5.99. It is not a handwritten label, but rather the printed one from Arco.

When Mary rings up the gum, it scans as $6.99, contrary to the listed price. She lies to my face and says she cannot honor the listed price. As you might expect, she did not tell me this in a pleasant and customer-centric way, but rather full of attitude and spite, with much eyerolling and... we'll just call it "feminine attitude."

Thank you, Mary. Really ended my workday on a great note even after I was polite, smiled at you, and tried to be friendly despite your insistent claims of "I can see the price from here, it's $6.99." Keep up the good work, I'm sure your employer is proud of you!

Sadly, this is a haven for homeless and types with neck tattoos. I have given it a chance several times but it's always trashy at night. The customer service is not good, but that's pretty normal for minimum wage workers nowadays, so mainly the one-star is for letting people loiter and stink up the place. You can tell the owner almost never comes here due to lack of control.

Little boy Jason using private enterprise to maliciously be hateful towards people he cant compete with.Jason is racist,and angry. He pretends to be tough ,he attempt to assult people because he knows he can use private property to skirt the law

Closed daily from 9:45 to 10:05 PM while they count their cash. Somewhat annoying for those of us that have driven out of our way to shop there. They won't hesitate to close the door in your face if you are walking in at that time. Also, the bathroom is virtually always out of service or "closed for cleaning".

Worst experience ever I ask for the bathroom being a customer and the girl at the cash register answered can’t you read and from that point she went on being ruder and cussing me out. Todays date is 6/17/22 time is 7:30pm

Where is the option of zero star. I walked in paid for redbul and the white lady harrassed and put the photo of me and my truck over the counter, Thinking i was going to steel the red bull, on the way , walking out said get the F of my store , go bk to Mexico

I was waiting for the restroom and the lady putting stuff in the fridge energy drinks like monster and rock star took it personal and the lady from am pm Chris see that I was waiting to use the restroom never told me that nobody was using it and still declared are you a customer bad service they are not nice

It was closed even though it says it would be open from 12pm to 3am

The only suggestion is don’t to there due to their 3 no humanity staffs⋯⋯
