I asked an employee from picture frames to see if they had an item in the back that was missing from the shelf. They actually found it in the back and stocked the shelf and 1. Did it with a smile on their face and 2. Thanked me for letting them know son they could replace it. Experiences elsewhere you are almost always met with, "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it". I was impressed. Also the store is very clean and something for everyone.

Every time I try out a new craft project, it never fails that Michael's has exactly what I need.
Stopped in last week for a couple of things for the 23-24 school year. The clearance aisle didn't disappoint. Everything was neat and prices clearly marked. I was in and out.

Just wonderful! Great prices . Tons of yarn. Good selections of paints, pens, papers and craft supplies.

Easy drop off to return packages through UPS to Amazon. Scan, drop and go. A receipt is then texted to you for proof.

I just love this store.

I live for the clearance aisle, and I always get vouchers. No complaints here.

Always have what I'm looking for

The store in Shirley is the best location. Everything I needed was in stock and organized very well. After I finished my purchase I was told to leave my cart in a specific area so it could be sanitized for the next customer. They are the only Michael's location that does this and I've been to 4 locations this weekend. The other stores didn't have everything I needed, but this location did!

Found everything I needed to make my projects

Customer service was outstanding. I walked in and was greeted instantly. I was help by a young lady named Erica with my defective purchase. She made everything very easy and quick. She was so kind!

The manager at Michael's was extremely nice he said if I needed help finding something just to ask him.

Very busy but the line went super quick.

Great selection of assorted good and crafting supplies. If only I was artistic in that manner. 😂

I love this store. I always find things to do on my spare time. The prices are good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys crafts or is just looking for something to do with spare time.

Well Micheal's is my favorite place to Shop for my arts and crafts. I always find what I'm looking for and end up finding more than I need. I love the teacher supplies aisle they just added.

I found some really great deals here but make sure to check your receipt. Some clearance items rang up at regular price. I love the receipt coupons for 40% off.

Love this location! Always have my vinyl in stock and they were restocking the T-shirts this morning!
