Lovely staff! Patiently answered all of my questions. Went on a weekday and confirmed that cooked food is available on the weekends. Stopped by after getting gas on the Poospatuck Reservation (great prices). They are focused on keeping fresh stock and offer substantial discounts on stock that is expiring soon. This is the farthest east that I've seen a Pinoy grocer and I want to support them. I'd love to see some Kimchi in those refrigerators, I totally would have bought it if they had it. I know that Kimchi is Korean!

Truly awesome. It's a blessing to have locally. Carry foods we love and provide meals on weekends.

Small but clean and comfy. The stock is a little limited in variety but it has all the essentials.
I came one late night to pick up noodles and sauce and found everything easily. The gentleman at the counter was very welcoming and courteous. Products were well lit and dust free.

The store and owners are great. Alot of Filipino food, spices to choose from. Cravings satisfied all the time. They have hot filipino dishes. It is good, but every time I go there, the prices go up. For the large order of hot dish, i remember it being $14, 2-3weeks ago, then it became $18, and yesterday, the menudo was $20 (its not even full coz its the last serving)😭.. It's probably because everything is expensive now. But all in all, i recommend this place if you crave filipino food.

A cute, family run business that had all our needs for Filipino dishes and treats. Homemade longanisa, calamansi packs, red ribbon treats, Ube flan…lots more on top of hot foods—like tinola, curry, shrimp balls, siopao, and fresh corn on the cob. Portions were kind of small though. We went too late and didn’t catch all the choices, but we found other things to satisfy our cravings.

I would go here more since it is close by where we bought a house but the prices of the food and the groceries are higher than just driving 45 minutes to 99 Ranch or H-Mart Asian grocery stores to the West. I get it, support small local businesses but the prices are way inflated. One time we bought two bags of groceries and was shocked when the total rung up to $200 worth of groceries! We buy $200 dollar worth of Asian groceries at H-Mart and Ranch 99 every two weeks but these would be at least 6 to 7 bags of food! So we only go to Pusong Pinoy for small items like Ube condensed milk or ube ice cream when I get the cravings or some sinigang packets (tamarind for soup). The grocery aisles have decent selections. But the hot food would be good if it wasn't just the day's overpriced leftovers...so we stopped going for that. Plus it was inconsistent when they would serve fresh hot Filipino ulam (dishes).
The people that work there are nice and very friendly (as most Filipinos are).
But unfortunately we just have to plan our Asian groceries with a drive to Nassau county near Jericho, etc. or all the way to Flushing Queens where we have family to visit and then from there you can get groceries at Skyview Wall with free parking.
