I ordered a cake for my friends Halloween post wedding celebration. I met with Lucy in the bakery and she was so sweet and helpful. I gave her the picture that I wanted on the cake, it was a picture of Frankenstein and his bride. She made the cake exactly how I wanted, even better! When I went to pick it up, she even helped walk it to my car. It was perfect and tasted amazing. I got yellow cake with half chocolate mousse and half strawberry. Everyone loved it. Thank you Lucy you rock!

Best employee Shout out to Noah for going above and beyond to take care of us. We were having issues with the app and getting the sales. He took care of us himself and he was at customer service. Definitely an amazing employee. Thank thank you so much.

Best Grocery Store Ever!!!

I get all my meats and produce and they never disappoint. Plus, the go rewards help me when I get a certain amount, I get money off my total purchase. And everything is always on sale!

My poor review was for the Stop and Shop in Medford. Not Shirley. The Shirley store is neat and clean and well stocked. The workers are considerate and conscientious. The deli Dept is top notch. Medford is a hole. Never have sale items. Deli dept is like Beirut. Poor management. Girl behind deli counter is yelling “ I hate my f-ing job “ at customers.

I called the bakery a day before I needed my mother-in -law, Lucy's 94th birthday cake.
Lucy ( couldn't believe they had the same name) in bakery was helpful and pleasant! Bravo Lucy! Delicious and i can tell it was made with love!

A great place to shop with reasonable prices

Clean and very efficient. Today I want to give a big shout out to a young man named NOAH he is in customer service and went above and beyond also in the meat department I forgot his name but as well went above and beyond for customer care and food quality. I appreciate it when people that work with the public are with a smile and very knowledgeable of your worries and needs. Thank you again. 😊 ❤

Don't for get to look at sales racks by bathroom area got some nice orange fall goblet type faux glass.

I saved a total of $28.12 off my total making it $41.56, a savings of over 50%. This included $12 off using my GO Rewards points. I would highly recommend downloading the app so you can keep track of the points you earn with their GO Rewards program. You accumulate them by certain items you purchase which are advertised in their weekly circular. You can either use every 100 points towards $1 off your total or they offer $0.10 cents off per gallon of gas. I also would recommend Wahlburgers Angus hamburgers if your looking to make good quality/tasting burgers. They were $10.99 for a package of 4.

I always order my cakes from the Shirley bakery at stop and shop. They never disappoint. They always make my cakes beautiful and the cake is always moist and delicious. My guest always love the cakes and ask me where I order from.

I’m giving 5 stars to this place because of how reliant my family and I are on curbside. Inside the store is constantly packed and the parking lot is totally insane but that isn’t their fault. As in any place if you are kind and friendly they are kind and friendly back. The curbside only spots always have empty cars in them but again that isn’t their fault. They have been so important to my family for helping us keep our fridge packed and food on the table while keeping us safe that we are very grateful to have them and their employees who answer the phone politely and are very polite when they come to the car.

Stop and Shop was wonderful!! Alexa at courtesy is the best. I bought the wrong item (light) and needed to e change for regular and she was so pleasant and helpful. Shirley Stop and Shop is very well run with great staff. The guys at the food court (buffet) were great too!!

Very clean store and mostly well stocked. The pharmacy is really good. The staff is very professional, friendly and respectful. I love the pharmacy for that fact and also because they always have the medications I need. Even when they don't have it, they special-order it for me. Excellent place to shop and to get your prescriptions filled.

Excellent selection of products and a well trained staff to answer your questions. They've added a food court to their sushi section where you can get timely meals throughout the day on the run, and you will be a happy - and full - camper! The parking lot is huge, and you have a choice of the small basket for a quick stop, and a large or smallish shopping cart. There's extended carriers on some for the kids to keep the cart open for products, and several motorized riding carts. Cheers!

Joe from customer service was awesome. He helped me find a set of napkins that I’ve been looking for months online for. Give this man a raise.

It was unbelievably not crowded. In and out in a short period of time. But make sure you look at your receipt. I had to go back in because the cashier didn't take off for my stop and shop card. Almost got m

We have the app so you can scan and bag your items as you go. So convenient. Then when you go to self checkout, you just pay and go! They usually have good sales and the produce is good. A bit higher prices but you always find what you need.
