Party City

I must say this store has EXCELLENT customer service! The best I’ve ever seen in a Party City chain ever in life. I had a crisis with a gender reveal balloon- and a lovely, patient, caring Manager by the name of Caroline assisted my needs showing me variations of custom color balloons to get the right balloon for my event. She worked diligently to meet my needs and expectations! She made my experience worthwhile. This Party City location rocks!!!!

Was really crowded due to NYE. Was a maze trying to find wrapping paper. Check out was great, they were moving the long line quickly. Props to whomever was blowing up the balloons. They were very busy & did an awesome job.

Just got balloons here. Staff on Monday morning is awesome super helpful and provide a lot of information about different product options. The one guy did a beautiful job of setting up the balloons. Didn’t get the employees names but the 2 of them were awesome!

Big store has everything for parties and holidays, costumes etc. Paige was very helpful.

Awesome nfl stuff for superbowl

It was fully supplied, don't get me wrong, but not what it use to be, especially around this time of year. What happened to the wall of costume choices? Everything is more expensive here, (though- everything is more expensive right now) but I've also not seen half the items i do here. It was enjoyable to walk down the isles and see the unique Jack Skellington door knocker thats his head with moving mouth! $40..but very cool! Everything was very neat and organized. The staff made sure to check in to ensure i didn't need help. They were very kind and very helpful, and actually held a conversation instead of pushing you off to move onto the next customer. I appreciated that. I will be returning.

My visit was brief but productive. My boyfriend was able to find a costume for his soon in less than 5 minutes. The sales associate was welcoming and helpful. The store was organized and had various sanitizing stations- not only for your hands but also for any items you nay purchase. I recommend this location.

Cassidy was a great help to us. She took the time to go through so many choices of invitations and found us just the right one. The store is HUGE, and so clean. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience.

It's a store where you find almost any arrangement for a party or season of the year, or celebrities of the year. The items are priced sustainably.

Overall I like party City, however I do find that they always seem to have empty shelves and lots of empty spaces. I have also found that they are slow to restock items that are sold out

Everything was well stocked. The store clerk even opened up the store 5 minutes early as I waited outside. You will definitely find Everything you need here for an event.

Very large amount of choices, clean and very helpful staff and managerial personal.. Great place to shop for whatever your needs may be. I highly recommend!!!

I went into Party City for 2 birthday balloons and I found 4 different balloons that were reduced to 99 cents. I was very happy with my balloon purchase!
