Dollar Tree

I purchased an item online and the order was totally screwed up, from the shipping address to the actual content in the box. I called & was told to go to a store & have the manager call their customer service #. I went into this store (Montauk Highway, Shirley, NY) & explained the situation to Coleen, the manager on duty. She called CS, got my refund squared away. BUT on top of that, she searched the SKU of the item that I originally ordered & found it in the stockroom. She was as excited about that as I was! So I was able to get what I wanted AND saved on shipping! SO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO COLEEN AT THE MONTAUK HIGHWAY. SHIRLEY STORE!! YOU ROCK!!!!

Love going to this place. Always have what I am looking for. I try and stop at least one time a week or more. What ever town I'm in there's always Dollar Tree and I have to check it out. Love the store. Kathleen

I came in and witnessed a customer be extremely rude and a generally depraved person to one of the cashiers, but there must be something right with the training because she handled it so professionally and with the utmost class and grace. Her name was Tyrra and everytime I have come in she has really been the representation of what a hard working great employee should be. If people here are learning from the example she is setting they will have nothing but success! Very impressed with how great Tyrra is!

They're very reasonably priced and affordable with helpful floor associates. The check out process was fast and curtiouse and efficient.

Everything is $1 and less!!! no 99cent store bull where everything is $5-$20! Praise be DOLLAR TREE! That should be your slogan! Take it. Its yours. Just give me a cut :)

Dollar Tree in Shirley was great, fairly empty, got what I needed, which was a squeegee and small brush at a very low price

That cashier Elizabeth (she said she's fairly new there) , with the red hair is really awesome we had a great conversation, very polite and professional individual.
