Went in today because my iPhone 12 went black and nothing would work. Apparently there is a glitch with 12s and 13s. When this happens press the up volume button once, then the down volume button once, and then hold down the button on the right side. Didn't charge me a thing and had be back up and running within 30 seconds! Highly recommend this repair shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully will not have to have another repair, but if I do - I'm going here first!

Kourtney was fabulous! Very sweet and helpful. I had drowned my phone. She let me come in earlier than my appointment time and gave me a great recommendation for a new case. Will definitely recommend this business in the future.

So fast!!!! Fixed my broken screen and LCD plus installed tempered glass to save me from myself. Also it's upstairs above the tavern. Have a beer while you wait.

We went in 30 minutes before closing- she took Great care of us, said "give me 30 minutes". Wonderful customer service! We had an iPhone 6 screen and battery replaced for a great deal. Would highly recommend.

Just got my phone my cracked screen repaired by Jeff and he did an amazing job! It was around the same price as it would have been through our insurance with at&t. And he told me about the tempered glass which is amazing! Definitely recommend them.

Took my iPhone in for a charging port problem and cracked screen. Got the phone back in an hour. The port just had lint in it and Alma cleaned it out at no charge. The screen replacement was very reasonable. Great service at a great price, thanks Alma!

Went in to get my iPhone 6S Plus screen fixed. Joseph did it quick and efficiently and helped me out with a screen plate to avoid breaks in the future.

Got back from vacation, dropped my phone first step inside my house. Screen shattered. A simple google search showed phone doctor of Austin had great reviews and same day repairs for all mobile devices. Sage was super helpful and friendly. Phone got fixed in an hour. Reasonably priced. Great results.

This guy is amazing!!! My wife told me about this place after she bought a few used iPads from there for the kids which worked out really well as were on a budget and the kids don't look after there things too well! I was looking in the trunk of my car a night using my smart phone light and accidentally closed in on the phone, amazingly bending the phone but not breaking the screen!! I was gutted as I was about to trade in my phone. After calling The Phone Doctor they asked me to bring it in and they'd take a look. Within 10 minutes it was looking brand new. Great customer service and great reconditioned hardware *5 Stars*

The best customer service ever! My iPhone screen wasn’t working and I took it to Phone Doctor of Austin in Lakeway. To my pleasant surprise, it got fixed within an hour ... however, I dropped it again three hours later 🙈 The guys at the shop were so nice and fixed it for me super fast the second time too. My iPhone screen had shattered, then I googled places near me. This place was close and convenient. The whole transaction took about ~15min. Sage is great at what she does. Excellent service, excellent price. Will be recommending this place to my friends.

My son's new LG8 ThinQ had a horribly cracked screen. I found Phone Doctor and took the phone in. It was shattered and I had little hope it could be fixed. They were able to repair it and bring it up to spec quickly.

I was so impressed with there professionalism and service that I asked them if they recommended a place to replace my laptop screen. They informed me that they were able to do so and gave me a good quote.

This place is the best! I have had several iPhone screens and an iPad repaired here over the last few years. They do a great job fixing things quickly either day of or next day and they are very affordably priced. If you live out in the Lake Travis area I highly recommend this well ran family business.

I came in to see Jeff hoping he could throw and new screen on my phone and be back out the door. However, we ran into some unknown issues throughout the repair. Jeff worked with me on scheduling and price. All in all, he hooked it big time up due to some very minor issues. Great location and extremely reasonable and knowledgeable staff.

They did a great job. Quick service, great response! Replaced bad charging port on iphone. Works great now. Love that I can support local business out here at the lake. Only suggestions: I found another shop that was $30 cheaper, but not as convenient. Also, the other shop said that they don't replace the seals so it would no longer be water resistant. I was told here that they replace the seals. I decided to pay more to support local shop and have the security of the phone still being water resistant. But when I picked up phone, I was told that they do not replace the seals and it was not water resistant any more. Also, small detail- when I dropped off the phone I did not get any receipt or paperwork (although I didn't ask for anything). Glad that they took care of me, but if something happened I would have nothing to show that they had my phone. Definitely recommend them, though!

EDIT: Changed from 4 stars to 5 stars. Most other shops I checked with were priced similarly to this one. My wife had taken her iphone to the cheaper shop I referenced and the experience was not nearly as good as mine. You DO get what you pay for!!! No need to really shop around. This place is great. This is the place to come if you have any phone issues. I was driving down 620 and saw their sign. Since the screen on my iphone was shattered I stopped in. They replaced the screen in 15 minutes and I was out the door. A week later my screen shattered again so I stopped by. Megan who was working, asked how my phone battery was working. My phone, at the time was constantly in need of being charged. Megan explained that I should replace the battery since it gets very hot and this is what causes my screen to shatter. We discussed several options and she worked a reasonable deal to replace the screen again and she replaced the battery. My phone works great, it doesnt get hot and it holds a charge for days now. She is very competent and knowledgeable about phone repairs. I gave them 5stars because the service and work was excellent, but should have given Phone Doctor of Austin 4stars due to the waiting area. The waiting area is not very nice nor comfortable, as a matter of fact it needs to be cleaned sometime soon.
