Darby (I'm presuming manager) was very professional, helpful, patient, and I got a great deal at GameStop. He double checked that all parts were included and informed me about their reasonable returns policy and extended warranty options. It's nice to go to a retail store where the operator cares about your experience. ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5/5 Refurbished PS4 console package is in like-new condition fully operational with a new controller included.

The first time, my daughter and I had a chance to visit your store we just moved to Cedar Park. Jacob, the guy that was working that evening was the nicest guy and helped my daugher and I buying Resident Evil 4! I highly recommend this location. Thank you for your help, sir.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good selection, and if they dont have something they will do all they can to help you find and get it. Store is always clean and organized and at big even times they are efficient and keep a good orderly environment!

Admittedly I do not patronize gaming shops much these days, but I stopped in today for a specific item. The gentleman working the store was kind, helpful, and an example of what good customer service looks like. I didn't catch his name, but whoever opened today, March 15th did a great job. If and when I go to a game store, it'll be this one.

Earlier today I called in asking if you guys had any of a rare set of pokemon cards. Your store had the last tin and one of your employees set it aside for me. Thank god he did because I pulled a 500 dollar card from that. Thank you guys for being cool and holding it for me.

I live in Wisconsin and I called this store and talked to a fine gentleman named Jeremiah (Not sure on spelling?) and he was able to help me ALL the way over in Wisconsin!!! Love picking up games here. Staff are nice , store is clean and well organized, and service makes it quick to get your game and go home to play it!

I dont go as often as I used to. But everytime I go the staff are always eager to help me with a purchase, find a product or store that has it, and just talk in general about games, new releases, or new products.

The store itself is always clean, full of new and used products, and has a great selection in general.

My wife and I come here constantly and even if we don't find what we are looking for the staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions we have accurately and reaching out to help us if the need arises. This isn't just a gamestop filled with customer service reps, these guys are awesome.
