Amazing! For a phone carrier that's typically NOT 🚫 on the list of first choice phone companies...I'd have to STRONGLY DISAGREE! THIS STORE NEEDS TO RISE TO THE TOP OF THE LIST!!! I ACCIDENTALLY made it into the store and it was the best accident I ever made! Talk about AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - CHECK!! THE PHONE STORE, THE EMPLOYEES, THE PLACE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A GOOD DEAL' IS NOT GOING TO BE A FIGHT AND ITS SO CLEAN IN THERE! ITS AN UP TO DATE SPOT ON ALL THEIR PHONES AND DEALS! I was with a big name phone carrier for 15 years and I jumped ship quick after I walked in! Great place, GREAT people and only a week IN but they're AWESOME Y'ALL!!

The service was amazing. The people their were very knowledgeable. I switched from T-Mobile and can say I'm happy going forward with cricket. They not only had budget phones but also had the best high end phones. I would definitely recommend this place over any other cricket store in Austin

The employees here are really great! They were super nice and were able to explain everything about how to use my new phone. I love Cricket and their unlimited plan of 4 for $100 a month.

Came in for an iPhone 8 upgrade they were nice and friendly. I could tell they were their because they choose to be and weren't rude or pushy with sales. This store also had the nicest layout I've seen for a cricket store.

Clean neat cricket wireless. The staff were very professional. They carry a better selection of the mobile phones I dare say in the whole north Austin area. I came in the store with a broken phone. I left with a brand new Iphone 8+. They even helped me get my apps contacts and photos back. I would definitely set this store as my go to for mobile needs.

Broke my phone and this kid got me in and out quick with a new phone. Knowledgeable and professional. One of the cleaner crickets too.
