Have used this UPS store for over 20 years. Great service. Elizabeth is an extraordinary employee. She is very knowledgeable and so cheerful and welcoming. Any business would be fortunate to have someone like her!

Super helpful, was very confused as how I could make a return and the employee (woman with a mask) was very helpful in printing out my return label and walking me through the entire process. Very very helpful, and full of xmas cheer. I always made the effort to do it from my home and buy the box and print out the label at another location which has printers and it was such a huge hassle. Now that I have exceptional help here, it's my one stop shop. Thanks UPS. ♥ Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!

I went here st 2:30 Nov.11th. The young lady I believe her name was Elizabeth was extremely polite and helpful to me..I will be back,she was great.

Kristy was so awesome! I wanted to print a poster board for a birthday party and she redesigned it all for me. My design didn’t work well at all and instead of saying she couldn’t do it, she said let her try. She created a new one that was better than what I initially had. I truly appreciated all the time she took to help me. Thanks again Kristy for helping me. I will definitely be back to this location.

In general I prefer to The UPS Store for all of my shipping needs, I really haven’t had any bad experiences at any location.
The Palos Heights branch takes the UPS Store to a whole new level!
The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. It is the type of place that the staff know you by name (even if you only go there a couple times a month). This “old” sense of community (that has been lost for decades in local businesses) has a multitude of benefits. Aside from the fact that it is nice “to be known”. The staff looks out for their customers. A number of times the staff have gone above and beyond for a family member of mine when they knew that there was something wrong. Thank You UPS Palos Heights.

Good service if you are personable and understanding in that no business is perfect but I have never had a problem with this location! I noticed a review that looks like a book about simple rate and thinking UPS is USPS. Even though affiliated, these small mail facilities are franchised and privately owned. So they can stick to the guidelines of the franchise or even add some extra service. Anyhow, this is a great place if you are looking for an alternative mail address.

Excellent, personalized care at UPS. I’ve had our business Box there for over 10 years. I’m most impressed by Christy who manages the office. She always goes that extra step. All employees are personable. As I walk into the office, they usually have my mail in their hands ready to hand it to me before I get to the desk.

I recently opened up my own business and I was using their location to sip out a few of my packages.

One day they talked to me about marketing my business using some of their services, so I gave them a try. And the first time we printed and mailed out 2,000 postcards from their location we got an immediate response from our customers. all of as sudden we began getting customers say "we never knew you were here".

They really helped me grow my business, and now I have them print everything for me. My business cards, brochures, posters, and the thousands of postcards we mail every quarter.

They are very friendly and their service is EXCELLENT.

I live between 2 UPS stores, once I experienced this one there’s no going back to the other. Helpful. Efficient. Knowledgeable….and KIND. A very simple business strategy that doesn’t exist in many businesses anymore. Thank you!

This is the BEST UPS in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service. A++++. I’ve been to Ridgeland and Evergreen Park but they are horrible, not helpful at all and lazy. Palos Heights stuff always tries to help me with either printing or scanning. Good job guys😉
