I’ve been a customer for T-Mobile for 21 years! I’ve been going to this T-Mobile for about three years now and I absolutely love it. The manager Tylo is amazing he’s very intelligent, patient and always willing to help his staff and customers. He pays attention to everyone that walks in. Tylo also makes sure everyone always leaves his store happy!

This will always be my store. I recommend anyone who’s looking for a great deal and to be treated with kindness, respect, and looking for honest sales representative! This store is the place to be! The store is very clean and the young men that work here are all very helpful, knowledgeable. They all deserve a raise!

Despite the any negative reviews you may see it’s probably just a misunderstanding. It doesn’t speak to the amazing things these young men are doing in this T-mobile store!

I had an awesome time getting my new phone , and watch today at the T-mobile on Dempster!
Tylo the store manager was very patient, understanding, and was very transparent about everything. Tylo look his time to explain everything to my husband, and I. Ibby was phenomenal he assisted in setting up all of devices. Ibby also made us laugh so much! Overall very pleasant staff , and I recommend this location to all my family, and friends. The store is so clean , and they play amazing music. I was just filled with so much joy and happiness after meeting these two amazing men!!!

I'd like to first by saying Tylo the store manager is awesome. His team did a great job helping start up new service. They were so kind , knowledgeable, and so caring. They helped us with everything!!!!They make t-mobile look amazing!!

Agustin was really patient and helpful! He was sure to thoroughly explain and answer all the questions we had! We appreciated his help, despite how loud it was & how long the line was! Happy he was there :)

We got excellent service upgrading our phones at this store. Nick was incredible on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Eric helped with finalizing details. Nem is the divisional manager, whom we were lucky enough to meet. We even lucked out and got the last available 5G Internet Service for our home. T-Mobile will really help us save money!

My old Lg phone kicked the bucket so I headed over to the T-Mobile store and picked up a new phone.
There was an issue with xfering a lot of my photos, I'd inadvertently disabled back up, it took a while but William patiently worked on the issue and got it resolved.
The customer service is here is outstanding.

Will was awesome. No one at any other store would help me with my problem. I guess service is a lost art. He gladly help me to resolve my issue. Because of his knowledge of the system, I nsck on business. Any recognition you can give him is a worthy investment in iyour company's future. He is definitely an asset. Tylo is one the best Tmoblie managers that I have met in my long standing with the company. Him and his employees were professional, knowledgeable, and all around friendly. Tylo was able to help reorganize my account that other stores were to lazy or careless to handle and he also made sure the I left with everything set up and ready to go with my new phones.
