Literally THE best car shop!!! Due to the below freezing temperatures in Chicago this week, my car died and would not turn on. Jump started it and took it to this shop and they were very fast with service and told me right off the bat it wasn’t a battery issue just an internal computer issue and fixed it so fast for me. The staff were also very friendly and even though they were really busy, they still attended to you in a promptly and professional manner. Thank you Mavis and team!!!!

My experience at Mavis was great. They were able to get me in early morning as soon as I realized my tire was flat in the middle of the highway. They were able to patch it up for me and send me on my way in less than an hour. Amazing work!

Went to Mavis for front brakes and CarX a block away for back brakes. I'll never do that again! Car X showed little concern in fixing a problem that's under warranty and tried to upsell me extra service without even as inspecting their work. Took my business back to Leo and the crew at Mavis, who in turn treated me with respect and great honest customer service, inspected what Car X didn't and fixed the problem without any upcharge. I'm glad I found these guys, will definitely return for all my maintenance needs. Car X could learn a few lessons if they look out the window across the street.

I love the treatment and service I got from Leo and Dave at the Niles shop, these guys are great and save me money on service I didn't need, . Thanks for these two honest guys, they also check my car carefully and let me know what I need without and extra unnecessary stuff. O to this shop and ask for these guys. Great service.

Great service! Appreciate the attention to detail of their workers. They ran a series of tests to try and find the leak in my tire, and initially didn’t find it until they looked more closely. They didn’t give up bc it was clear my tire had an issue. Thanks for the repair!

Kudos to Leo and team at Mavis tires. We were traveling through Chicago during the holidays when we got a screw stuck near the sidewall of our tire on the interstate. We pulled off the road immediately to develop a plan for the significant miles we had to cover (wasn’t comfortable with a tire plug or donut spare). Called a few places and Leo, at Mavis, was flexible and able to get us in within an hour. Knowing we were from out of town and needed a new tire, I was concerned a company may try to sell a premium tire at an exorbitant price. They exceeded my expectations and offered a similar tire to my current set and at the cost of my home shop – a testament to the integrity of the team. We continued to our destination and arrived only slightly behind schedule. Thanks to the Mavis team for your quick service, honesty and assistance during an unexpected stop on our road trip. Additional note: Leo also offered suggestions for nearby restaurants - within easy walking distance - for lunch while we waited.

I’ve been here twice- for my Sienna and Altima. Had the brakes done on both cars and got tires for the Altima. The service is good, fast and the prices are fair. Leo explains all the options and I’ve left feeling good about my experience!

They were awesome, got me taken care of right away after calling two other shops to mount and balance my wheels. Leo took priority in looking after my wheels and they were honest! Check this place out.

I was in the area from out of the state on a Sunday. I had a popped tire and no one else in the area would take me until Tuesday. I called and they happily and quickly got me fixed up. The staff was really nice and helpful during this stressful situation and got me out in about an hour. I’m super thankful for them for helping me out on such a short notice and getting it taken care of! I would go there all the time if I lived in the state! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I dealt with a guy named Leo. I had a slow leak (nail) in a tire I'd purchased at this location when the company was still NTB. At the time, I'd also purchased the Value Installation Package. Leo fixed the tire, no charge. He also gave me print-out on my battery status and told me to get a new one before winter. AND, he tipped me off to a great diner just down the road... Thanks. John.

Came in to repair a tire and made an apartment. The staff took care of us right away and was in and out. 5/5 service was very pleased with the time it took and was very professional. Will be here again.

Visited them for first time to get my front tired replaced and get my brakes replaced. Johnny was very courteous and honest about service and pricing.Also gave good discount. 5 stars for him.

I had some type of metal sticking out of my tire and I went to Mavis to see if they could remove it. They took great care of my car and were able to successfully remove the metal from my tire quickly without any issues! The customer service is top notch, they really do take care of your car. The workers were super nice and professional. I would 100% return and refer them to my friends and family.

Love the service. Very professional and courteous staff. Prices are so much better than at dealers. You will get a honest review of your issue. I came here for a brake fluid change and it costed only half of what the dealer was charging. Service was also fast. I just walked in without appointment and everything was done within 40 minutes
Without even me asking they gave me a 10 dollar discount.
When the service was done they also topped off my washer fluid and checked my air filter status. All this for an exceptional price.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here and this changes my perspective of corporate owned tite shops forever...

Took my malfunctioning Corolla into Firestone for a suspected alignment issue and was told that another defective part was interfering and an alignment would only be possible once it was replaced. So, I replaced it independently and returned for an alignment and at this time Firestone inspected and commended that another new part was needed and they could install it for an absurd price. I rejected this and got a second opinion at Mavis.

They took me in without an appointment, completed an alignment and had me out in under an hour.

Forever thankful for these guys being as transparent as they are and not trying to take advantage of less knowing customers. I would highly recommend them for anything you need and will most certainly be returning here with any car and tire needs in the future.
