Amazon Fresh

Amazon Fresh is a unique grocery shopping experience. The store is well organized, easy to find what you want. They have a very nice produce section, great fresh pizza, deli and bakery. If you have the Amazon app on your phone you can scan your in-store code as you enter the store. Then place your items directly into your bags. Scan your code again when you leave the store. And you don't have to wait for a checker. I usually shop there weekly.

Have done minimal shopping, as well as returns from Amazon in the back right corner of the store. Store is attractively clean and modern, but yet inviting. The times I go I see more staff than shoppers, but that's not a bad thing.

Amazon fresh has the best pumpkin pies around by Jess. I had gone in on Tuesday night looking for fresh pumpkin pies. A couple of employees desperately looked for some pies that we’re not gonna expire on Thanksgiving but found none Thanksgiving morning I went in and they brought out fresh spanking new pies with expiration date, that was well excepted . The employees always go way out of their way to try to find products if they’re not on the shelf, their store is clean …the floors are clean. Bathrooms are clean. The deli is clean. I give it five stars.

God bless you guys 🙏🏼😁 it’s brand new clean facility, OK let’s get back into the details Drive down the alley follow the red line , pull ahead where is marked with 1 and then back in towards marker 2 , there’s only two docks which ever one is empty just back in , unfortunately the buzzer doesn’t work 🛎 , so just knock ✊ on the door

I go to return Amazon items quite a bit. And then shop. Alvin at the return window is always smiling and super friendly. He makes my day. I even called the Amazon 800 number to compliment him and waited on hold just to say just that. It’s rare these days. So I’m always pleasantly surprised when I find a nice, friendly worker anywhere. So hats off to Amazon Fresh Morton Grove’s employee Alvin!!

I'm used to going to WholeFoods for lunch and salad buffet, but it can get pricey by weight. At this location they have similar lunch and salad buffet for a flat price! As long as the boys can close a medium box is $9.99. And that's enough for two meals. Great option at a great price!

I used to live close by and loved it for the concept. They would always have a gift card ready for when I did my Amazon returns and it’s great for quick shopping sprees. The pizza, sandwiches, and other food are always affordable and delicious. Please open more stores so we don’t have to drive 30+ mins each time!

I had no idea how extensive their options would be. It's like a complete grocery store only by Amazon. Even the checker was helpful and friendly.

Fastest and easiest modern grocery experience. Also a great location for package pickups and drop offs for returns.

Great Experience, hadn't ever been to a Amazon Fresh until today. Not busy, easy to move around the store and find what I need. Easy to check out too! Definitely will try again.

The prices aren't as bad as you can imagine, fruit and vegetables are of good quality, but general groceries aren't too varied

I just love the store. There aren’t many in the states and I just so happen to be on that side of Chicago and found it. Totally worth every penny. They had good sales going on as well. I definitely recommend it.

I have this place a 5 star for the concept ok. But big brother is here and I don’t like it for that reason. You have to scan your Amazon code just to get in! It doesn’t have the family and soft touch if your local grocery store. Overall everything in there looks generic

Holy cameras Batnan. This place has more cameras than a casino. I'll be here the next time I need an alibi. Great for a quick shopping spree. Basically a Whole Foods without cashiers.

Great food and fast service. Grilled Chicken was out of this world.

It's gotten better. Produce is actually quite fresh.

This was my first time here so it was all rather interesting!. You scan any card you have linked to your Amazon account, make sure it's the one you will pay your purchase with. You walk around and I found the quality was very good and availability of what we were looking for was also good, whereas at Jewel we often do not find what we are looking for. At the end there are turnstiles. You slide your card again and thats it, you're done. At the Niles one you can use the bags at no charge, we had our own so just took the cart to the car and unloaded/loaded. Receipt was in our Amazon account. So no muss no fuss and bim bam boom we were done!!
