Kohl's

Kim was wonderful!! She made the entire shopping experience a pleasure! Thanks Kim! I hadn’t been to kohls in years due to poor service and poor behavior by the register staff but I’m so glad I gave the Glenview, IL location another chance. She is clearly doing something (everything) right! Thanks again to Kim, for the wonderful shopping experience.

Lynn, one of the associates, was extraordinarily helpful when I was checking out. She explained my Kohl's cash, rewards, coupons and how various purchases would impact my discounts. She also let me know that I could get a free sunglasses case with purchase, which I had missed. She demystified the return process and was also so polite and pleasant. Even my daughter commented on the way out of the store. I wish all service personnel were as helpful as Lynn was. Thank you!

If you are fortunate enough to get Iyke at the checkout counter you will experience the best demeanor and kind service attitude you could ever want. KInd people make the world go round.

The store is very well organized, which means a lot in this crazy time...and BTW is the only store who actually validate discounts on almost everything 😁🥰perfect with today's budgets 👌🙏🏻🕊✨

The older gentleman that has worked the checkout desk for many years at the Glenview store on Waukegan Road is fantastic and the best we have ever had wait on us in any store. He is Kohl's best salesman and this world needs more like him.

Front end mgr. Kim is a wonderful person and an asset to Kohl's. Very helpful letting me know where to go to get the things I ordered...... But I am not at all happy about the idea of no curbside pickup!!!!!! What's going on!!!!! It's an awful idea, it's an terrible thing, seems you care about money 💰 & not sure about your customers.!!!! I'm not going to go to stores that don't care about the customer, SHAME ON KOHL's!!!!!!!!!!!

Kohl’s is such a great place to return your Amazon returns/ packages & as part of your receipt, Kohls gives you a $5 coupon with no minimum purchase required. Of course, I spend way more that that when I use the couple! 🫠

Friendly staff, lines move quickly, Amazon returns are very easy. Recently a huge bag of kids toys fell from my cart on my way to the parking lot, an employee named Alex stopped to help me pick them all up and get them to my car! I have also had good experiences with Jim helping me locate coupons.
