I always pick this store over the one down the road. Staff has always been helpful and customer service is excellent, over the phone and in-person. I just had a battery issue under warranty and the way they handled it was truly exceptional and is a gold standard. I highly recommend this place for your auto parts & needs. The other one down the road is a disgrace!

I must say I had great service! I needed windshield wipers. They looked up the size I needed, found them on the rack and installed them on my car. Unfortunately, they’re not allowed tips. They deserve every penny!

I just bought a headlight, and the manager changed it for me—even in the rain. I was greeted by both employees; I wandered down an aisle and one of them asked if I needed help. He didn’t let me waste any time, and I appreciate that. Thanks for great customer service; I’m glad I went to your store tonight.

Went in looking for new wipers. The first employee saw the confusion on my face and immediately found the correct sizes for me. The second employee new was kind enough to install them for me. Awesome service!!!

Alexis was such a good sales Manager, the way she helped me wow that was great and
Hats off for her. She went out of the way though they don’t have the part with her guidance I figured out the problem which I came for at the store at Niles.

Herman and Ed were really helpful during my visits. They had great customer service, and were very educated on each auto parts I was looking for. Herman and Ed gave great suggestions for my best interests, and I appreciate them for taking their time w/ me.

Stopped to get wiper blades for my sons Lexus. Herman helped to find the correct blades. He gave me windshield washer and a discount! He also installed them for me!

They were so helpful. Just needed to recharge my air conditioning in my car. So I picked up the freon and tried to recharge (done it before with success) but just wasn’t working. They quickly helped me to determine it was the hose attachment and supplied me with a new one and it worked perfectly!

Very helpful yesterday. There was something wrong with my car (which we still don’t understand but that’s not important here), but they did the diagnostic for free (other places wanted $200). I would go back there again. Staff was very nice.

excellent store, had everything that I needed. great customer service, especially by the manager, Herman. He was super helpful in finding what I needed and explaining how to install and even showed me some of what to do. i wish I could leave him more than 5 stars. Now thats what i call customer service!

Great customer service I can't say enough about Laura. I have a warranty on my break pads etc. Not all the parts were in stock. I made it out the next day my other parts came done. A+.....A+.....A+
