This place is great! I came here for some paint for my daughter, ended up getting a lot of other stuff I needed. They have a wide selection of different things, especially seasonal items like for Easter and Christmas. definitely coming back.

This store was very well organized and clean. I was very happy with the supply in this store, the shelves were well stocked. The employees were super nice and patient and even gave us a discount since one of my friends is a reward menu. Overall I was super pleased with my experience here and would recommend.

Great store, very organized, lots of great bargains to be found inside this Dempster Street Michaels craft store. There are plenty of items on sale for summer, 4th of July, as well as generalized home decor and craft supplies. I found their home decor section really fantastic and the prices were less than HomeGoods or other Home Decor stores. They had a huge selection of Summer items including lots of fun toys for kids and items to decorate your house seasonally. I've also been here during the winter and they have tons and tons of great craft ideas and decor ideas for Christmas and New Year's.

I've been coming to Michales for years, I remember when this store was across the street, and much smaller. This location is absolutely amazing. The layout is great and a much better selection. Though it can be hard to find somone sometimes due to it being busy. But a very, very friendly staff. But this one cashier, I think his name is Shaz, he made me feel very uncomfortable with asking a lot of personal questions. I didn't appreciate that. Other than that, wonderful location and recommend it.

I love arts and crafts stores. But out of the three I have been to since moving back to Chicago, this has been the better stocked one so far. Clean, everyone wearing masks and keeping their distance!

There were 2, 3 people who helped me in my Micheal experience at Morton grove. One of the people was Antonio, who was very nice, and helped me very precisely. I then went up to 1 more employee, and she too, helped me a lot in finding where my thing was. Excellent costumer service!

I found a few pictures for my laundry room. They were 50% off. I always find a bargain here. The checkout line was a bit confusing. It took one customer 3 tries before finding the entrance.

Michael's Craft store is bright, clean and in a new location. It's next to Home Goods on Dempster. It moved 2 months ago, I guess I don't shop this location much. The staff are friendly and helpfully.

Who doesn't love Michaels. The only problem I have is staying focused. It's always bright, clean. I have also experienced very good customer service. Check out easy. Recommended highly.

If you go into Michael's you will love everything! I wish Costa Rica could have one. It's kind of a heaven made store.

Lots of cute seasonal stuff; check their website for coupons before you get to the register, almost always a 40 or 50% off coupon available.

Good help from the workers there. They know their crafts. Clean store that is well supported with many items.
