Very unique and vintage toy options. More like figurines and games, but if I had a diehard Star Wars fan and I needed to pick out something special… I would definitely go here although when you get these originals you can expect that kind of pricing, but for a diehard fan it would be worth it!

Board games, trading cards, collectables, you name it, this place has it. There is plenty of space to hang out and play d&d, or just look around at all the cool collectables for sale.

This is my go-to place for boardgames, table top, and card games in Austin! Their selection changes every so often so there are always new treasures to discover. The manager is so kind and makes every experience such a joy!

I love this place!!! They have a cool rewards system and they usually keep a decent variety of MTG packs! They have a limited selection of MTG singles, but I have found and purchased cards that I need from their singles showcase. The staff is friendly and offers help when necessary. They also have a lot of board games, Warhammer figures, etc. I highly recommend this as a LGS!

Went in for the first time today and was astonished at the number of minis in the app along with a solid magic selection too. I got overwhelmed at all the things I wanted to buy because I can’t find them at my local shop. Worth the stop and they have great employees!

Great guys running this place. Has a very nice collection of toys you wished you kepted when you were a kid and ones you always wanted but never got.

Best board game selection in town. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Be sure to ask their opinion on games, it's always a great way to discover your next new favorite game. The vintage toy selection is great too!

The staff here is incredibly helpful and they've got a solid stock. While I'd like to see a wider variety of tabletop role-playing books, their HUGE selection of board games makes it easy to find something to give as a gift.

Very nice selection of board games, which is what we came for. Super friendly staff. Make sure to ask about the other stores in the same lot as they're owned by the same group. It was a cool surprise.

Every time I come in with a bunch of parameters (such as, "I'm looking for something cooperative" or "what's something fast and fun for two players?") and every time the people working there are so nice and helpful and given me great recommendations. A very well-earned five stars!

Very large comic store, when i entered the store i was shocked how big this place was. From the street it seems small, that was not the case. Friendly staff that ask to help out. Very large selection of comics and graphic novels even POPs and other action figures and collectables.

Best contemporary board games store in town, even though it's one of the smallest. The staff is very friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations on all kinds of games. They also have a decent selection of demo games available for play at any time, including King of Tokyo w/ Power Up Expansion, Betrayal at House on the Hill (out of print!), and Small World. Whether you're looking to pick up some D12's, a copy of the latest expansion of Carcassonne, some old Kenner Star Wars toys, miscellaneous Magic the Gathering accessories, or any themed version of Monopoly (eww), go to Outlaw Moon. Even though you can play the demos anytime, I recommend stopping by on a Saturday night to play with others. They are dog- and kid- friendly (they don't allow booze), if that's important to you.

If you're looking for something more along the lines of a nice deck of bridge cards or a high-quality Go board, check out Great Hall Games down the street. If you are a serious tabletop RPG fan, go to Dragon's Lair on Anderson and Burnet. They're both good stores in their own regard with their pros and cons, but as far as fun modern board games stores go, Outlaw Moon is the best. Plus they have an elaborate Masters of the Universe toy display in the center of the store. What's not to love?

Friendly staff and nice selection of products! I go in for Magic cards but have yet to explore their board games. Make sure to ask about their loyalty program!
