The food is great, especially the split pea soup. I thought that I made the best, although they are a step above. Anne and Eduardo are amazing. Anne had me laughing so much, which I really needed today. Highly recommend. Outstanding customer service and food. My new and favorite restaurant. Thank u!

I stopped in for the first time last night and even before I left I knew I wanted to leave a positive review. I was really impressed with the service. As I walked in and reached the counter I was immediately greeted. I let the young lady behind the counter know it was my first time stopping in so I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. She showed me the sandwich menu (which included pictures), informed me that they were unfortunately out of soup, told me what other sides were available, said they had salads as well if I didn't want a sandwich, AND told me what the special was. You don't usually find service like that anymore. It's usually a blank stare and a not so welcoming environment. Even the gentleman from the back who handed me my meal when it was ready was extremely pleasant. I ordered two sandwiches (although I can't remember the name). Both my roommate and myself really enjoyed them. We will definitely be back

First time at Honey Baked Ham in Gurnee, IL Delicious and I ❤ sandwiches. I highly recommend you try it out. Especially the turkey! I will be going back again. Hidden treasure spot.👍😋

Their hams are expensive but worth every penny. The ham flavor is a 10 out of 10. Make sure you join their loyalty club to get the most value for your money. I bought a mid sized ham once and was able to (later trip) get a free side. The sides are also very tasty, but way too expensive.

After a sub par dining experience at the Chinese food restaurant in this plaza, my bf and I split a sandwich and it was OUTSTANDING! An employee recommended it (turkey, ham, bacon, cheese) as his favorite and he may have undersold how good it was. We walked away very satisfied. Great staff, great sandwich.

Honey Baked Ham is my go to for special occasions. They never disappoint. We served their Turkey and all the sides (including dessert!). Makes Thanksgiving dinner easy and amazing! Rave reviews from all our guests. Thanks !

Excellent!!! Great sandwiches and soup! The ham and turkey are so good and I purchased an apple pie for Christmas and it was delicious! The staff here is always friendly and the orders are accurate.

We ordered this for Christmas dinner. The ham was amazing - the best I’ve ever had. The sides were incredible and the service was wonderful.

Best ham on the planet, fantastic glazed turkey, and delicious craft sandwiches. Always a treat. And we've been very pleased with how they manage the business during COVID-19 life....safe, clean, and still available to feed my face!

While we purchase one of their quality hams over the course of a year, the holidays can be challenging. The Gurnee location however has the process down pat and I was in & out in little time. The staff was helpful ensuring I had what I wanted and very friendly. Great location throughout the year and they know how to handle holiday traffic.

Pre-sliced made it ready to serve. Also first time ordering theirCaramel Apple Walnut Pie. Delicious! Not too sweet and apple filling tasted homemade. Crust covered entire pie and a scoop of vanilla ice cream paired perfectly with the warm pie.

I freaking LOVE The Honey Baked Ham Company! I wish there were more of them around, but all things considered, this isn't too bad of a drive for some REALLY good ham and/or sandwiches. I don't know her name, but the blonde lady that works there is really nice and always says hi right away when I walk in. As for the food, I would recommend a Ham Classic, Ham Salad, or Turkey Classic sandwich. The Turkey Class comes with either Smoked or Baked turkey and my recommendation would be to go with the smoked turkey as it has a slightly sweeter flavor than the baked... assuming you like sweeter turkey of course.

Food is excellent, they have a gourmet chef who prepares the meals. Staff do an awesome job, helpful and friendly. Who can go wrong with honey baked hams and turkeys that are glazed to perfection on site.

So I was working next to this particular restaurant and I figured that's stopping grab me a sandwich seal was on my way home was surprised to be one of the best sandwiches that I have had I am looking forward to trying some of their other sandwiches and see how they are as well

Nice small cafe atmosphere. Vases with flowers, very clean and as it happens some great music playing... Fleetwood Mac. Staff is very friendly and the sandwiches are yummy. A lot of them to choose from. If you are in the Gurnee area, stop in.
