Topher, the manager was awesome! My sister bought a whole new setup and he explained in detail how everything worked. I was looking for an alternative juice to my usual and he helped me pick out the perfect blend at a much lower price.

Topher was great as a sherpa, found me exactly what I needed and advised me in the use. Can't recommend enough!

I LOVE going to this store, which is the only .. E-cig .. and Vape Place, I’ve been coming to for the last few years. Now there is Topher, who’s the Manager, and Jody .. with whom I interact. Both of them are great, it’s always really good to see and talk with either of them. They don’t simply want to sell, but explain, and are honest about these products. It helps a great deal to have someone who has knowledge, and is willing to take the time to answer questions! Plus, it is wonderful to have a little chat when I see either of them. 😃

The manager, Ashley, is phenomenal. We were having issues with burning through carts in a number of days and connection issues. She was extremely helpful on fixing our issues and always recommends good stuff. We’ve never been disappointed in any of her recommendations or interactions with her. Will 100% be coming back!

I LOVE coming to this store. I always get mixed juice which is awesome because I know I will always get exactly what I want and in a lose dose of nicotine that I cannot typically find in premixed bottles. The staff are AMAZING! Always so friendly and helpful. Jessica is my absolute favorite. She always helps me out, and is super cool to talk to. Going in there amd seeing her is like stopping by to see a friend. I couldn't recommend this shop any more, go see Jessica!

Shopping has been such a frustrating experience this year that I always dread it. Tim, at the North Charleston location just made my day. Instead of just telling me the battery I'm used to is not available, he explained alternatives, and the advantages of the one I ultimately bought. Also tried a new flavor first time in 5 yrs.

Visited store today and met Perry (da boss), Desiree & Ryan. Desiree was helping a customer when I came in, so rather than make me wait, she called for Ryan who came right out and helped me. I had some questions about some new items and Ryan was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. So glad we finally have a N. Charleston store!!! I highly recommend ECIG Charleston & the N. Charleston store if it's in your area.

Jody was absolutely amazing, had a lot of great knowledge, was very friendly, and was very easy to talk to.

Tabitha was so friendly,helpful, and patient helping me pick out a mod. She showed me how it worked and helped me with the diffrent juice options and strengths. I will definitely be back to E-Cigg Charleston for not only the product but great customer service!
