Mrs Victoria did a great job helping me out when I visit this location on Saturday. Mrs Victoria was very helpful and nice to me. She made sure I left the store satisfied with everything I needed. This is what I call excellent customer service and yes I will return back again because of the great service Mrs Victoria provided me with. Keep up the great work your the best 😊

Legit the happiest Home Depot I've been to. I'm from out of town and I kid you not, every single employee greeted us and asked if we needed help. Super refreshing

I had a really great experience in the appliances section with a supervisor James Greene this evening. I had a previous appliance order that didn’t work out and had been told by online customer service, prior to coming into the store, that I would be allowed to apply a discount to a new order that had been applied to the previous order. It was late in his shift and not a straightforward situation, yet he still went above and beyond to get everything sorted out to order my new fridge and still get the discount I had been promised. He spent almost an hour with me making sure that everything was worked out before I left the store. I’m really grateful that there are still customer service employees out there who genuinely want to help people and make sure they have an exceptional experience and James was one of those people. Thanks for all of your help!

We came in looking for a sidewalk solution and found it exactly where it should be. Walked straight to checkout with no line, paid and left

Great customer service and great deals. Every week they have SALES on specific items beating Amazon and online price. Wish WALMART had customer service like Home Depot!!!! I would rate this Home Depot #2 out of all the Home Depots in the lowcountry charleston area!!!!!!

Annette was so helpful!! She checked us out at the register and was 100% honest about what we were purchasing and even made really helpful suggestions! When we forgot to ask for cash back, she helped us look for something we forgot and went out of her way to give us the right bills back on Easter Sunday saving our kids' Easter experience!

I have to say, I am normally a Lowes shopper because we don't like the Home Depot in Summerville much. People aren't super helpful there and definitely not friendly. I was hesitant to go to this Home Depot but it's the only place that had something we needed and it was on our way home from downtown. So we stopped. EVERYONE was so super nice and helpful! I wish it wasn't so far away. The people we encountered from a gentleman stocking who knew right away where what we were looking for was, to the people at the self check out. There were like 3 people at the self check out and 2 that were at the other counter that all were so very friendly. That has changed how I feel about Home Depot. I'm glad it was the only place that had what we needed. Keep being awesome!

Just got back from Home Depot trying to buy a stove and dishwasher. The young lady in the Appliance department was more than helpful, she helped us find something that could be delivered in our time frame, then signed me up for a credit card so I received $100 off. When I got to the register to purchase some other things the register would not take my credit card, a young lady came over was able to fix the problem and got me $33 discount for military discount. I had just come from across the street at Lowe’s where the man working the appliances acted as though he didn’t care if we bought something or not. So thanks Home Depot for your customer service.

my last visit had staff, lines were moving, and I got most of what I needed. Store is decent on in side, yet not as bright and inviting as other locations. Yet I'm not complaining, it's a solid store!
