Michaels

For a while I stopped coming to this Michael’s because it was so crowded with merchandise and boxes everywhere. Just felt really junky, but when I went in on this visit I literally wanted to stay and shop because of how nice, spacious and clean it felt. I was also happy to see the flowers at that time being 40% off, and I love the $5 dollar vouchers they send out :) it’s an incentive to come.

We have decided to be artists, so we went to Michael's for supplies. We got canvasses,paint and brushes plus a few projects. The prices were great ( major sales going on), so we stocked up. It is our go to store for our artistic endeavors. Service is exceptional by the way.

This is my favorite craft store in the area! The sales and coupons make scoring deals here easy. I love their selection of Cricut items and their tshirts (I only wished they carried 2XL). Their seasonal items are also fun to browse. Their uniqueness and quality always make me look forward to stopping in. The staff is also helpful and friendly! 5 stars all the way.

Went shopping for paints. They have an awesome selection. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite store!!!!!

I was in the Michael's in North Charleston last night. I was very happy with my purchases and had a nice exchange with the store team member/cashier. I was walking to my car after dark, looked up and there she was, again, offering to take my cart. That alone, I thought was great customer service, but then she said that she saw that I was out there alone and observed a strange man walking toward me and she was concerned for my safety (I felt a bit leary of his behavior, as well). The man had walked away without incident, but I really was touched by the effort of this person to make sure that I was ok. Unfortunately, I didn't ask her name, but she may have been a manager as she had offered to take over for a cashier so that she could go to the restroom. I just wanted you to know what a great employee you have and please recognize her to the management and the other employees.

Excellent customer service/experience especially from the cashier's. Very helpful and courteous. Welcomes everyone that enters the store.

Went there for one specific item be online store said they only had one which they did, so kudos to them for having correct inventory

Great selection of most craft supplies.
Does not have coin collector or stamp collector supplies.
Great deals and they change most weeks so finding something affordable is always a thing here.

Not always the most polite people working here, but they always have what I need, I get to check myself out, bag my own stuff and not get paid for it. It's perfect

Didn’t have what I was looking for but something you don’t see too often anymore was a sales person on the floor asking me if I needed help so they get five stars

Have great sales and had the items I needed in abundance, so I actually got more then I needed. They have a fun staff, seemed to be mostly college kids, but they were kind and professional.

I love coming here to buy everything that's needed for making gift basket besides what going to be placed in it.

Clean, well stocked, some Christmas items on clearance. Salespeople easily found if needed.

I used the custom framing service, and the results were fantastic and rapid. I highly suggest it for anyone who wants a high-quality frame! It was finished in just 3 days, even for a large frame like mine.

Easy to find what my son needed for a school project and the self checkout made things go extremely fast and smooth
