AT&T Store

So glad we made the switch! Everyone at the N Chas AT&T location made us feel welcomed. Nicole - Awesome, knowledgeable, and patient. We had a few speed bumps due to problems we had with an old phone and the former cellular carrier. This didn’t deter Nicole and her supervisor / manager (I apologize I didn’t get your name). AT&T has excellent deals, excellent coverage, and excellent customer service!

Kat gave me the best service that I have ever had with a mobile provider. We are a business that relies on mobile hotspot. I had an issue that customer support couldn't figure out. She could of just said sorry but instead she spent time and figured out the issue and got one of my guys back making money. If you need anything from AT&T go see her. Only store I will go to from now on. Amazing service

I visited the store on 12/14/23, and Nicole was truly exceptional. Her assistance was invaluable. Despite some mix-ups from previous representatives, she patiently corrected every issue, the way it suppose to been and I must say, she was amazing. I highly recommend seeking assistance from her and Catt ❤. They take their time and the value their work and care truly about your needs.

I visited the at&t store because I was experiencing a non-working brand new phone. Nicole was very helpful and quick about it too. She was highly knowledgeable and didn't waste time with mindless chit chat. I was impressed.

Manny aka Emmanuel was amazing! He was polite and down to earth. I purchased two items and no buyers remorse here! I enjoy what I have purchased partly due to the service I received as I purchased them. Love you AT&T!

Glendon did an amazing job getting me resolved i was so stressed think i wouldn't have a phone today but he made sure i was fully knowledgeable about the services you all provided he helped me with accessories and other programs that i qualified for based off employment i am very satisfied and happy i joined AT&T

This Store is Clean and Location is Convenient👍This store is well staffed. The employees are kind and ready to help when you enter the store. I met HEATHER last year and will always do business directly with her😊Heather is super helpful and knowledgable. Catt was amazing!!!! She helped us get switched over for service with them and helped us switch over our phone numbers and all of our info on our phones. And she helped us save so much money! She is very kind, respectful, patient and a wonderful asset to the company. She definitely needs a raise, she made sure to tell us all the perks and to get the most out of our service and plan. We are coming back soon to internet for the house. AT&T got a new customer and 2 phone lines today because of Catt and her incredible service and we came from Verizon! Very pleased with everything!!!!

I was in the store to use wifi with tec support to try and fix my phone. The tec was having trouble and Heather was finishing up with a customer and heard the tec ask for some code on phone and Heather offered to help and really she was great and just finished with tec and tested and everything worked fine. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. WHY IS HEATHER NOT TEACHING OTHER WORKERS IN OTHER STORES HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE AT&T. instead, Heather made me feel like she would help me if I had any more issues. (Unlike the store in Summerville SC)

I came in to finish a phone trade. I also needed insurance removed from the bill and a couple of questions answered. My sales associate, Taylor, took the time to look back at my bill and figure out the discrepancy, then helped me with my next steps to fix it. Great job! Will definitely work with them again!

Glen was absolutely amazing, and finally fixed my issue that took three stores to fix. He was so kind, listened to my issue and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely one of the best representatives/customer service I’ve ever had!!

Me and my girlfriend have been looking and calling around for WIFI service for a couple days now and when I called here I was meet with the best service I’ve ever had over the phone. Manny was so helpful and honest with all my questions and concerns! We honestly need a Manny every place we visit. Keep up the Good work sir there are very few of y’all left!!!
