Been in here two times, and I have to say, what a great place. I prefer ordering online for the deals, then picking up my items. Location is less than ideal with the traffic situation, but you can usually get in and out relatively easily-ish. Both staff interactions were great.

Great selection of health products and great for all of your online shopping needs.

Arrile was so incredibly nice with us and helped us find exactly what we needed she was so sweet and has great costumer service skills!

Always find what I need and staff is super helpful.

This store always keeps my favorite energy drinks in stock & at an awesome price! I love the employees here. I know people say that all the time but I do really mean it. Very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Face masks are recommend but not required. If you are vaccinated then you don't have to wear your mask at this location. F.Y.I.. Good luck & be safe!

Really cool experience. I really didn't need much assistance. However, the spirit excellent customer service was in the atmosphere. There were no hard sales tactics. Just that good salad customer service that let you know they're there when you need them.

Excellent customer service, always helpful and knowledgeable. I feel safe in the shop as anytime I have there during the Pandemic, everyone had on masks, they clean the counter after each customer & social distance. Only place I shop during “Stay In Place.” I AM 71 years old & I use their vitamins & skin care.

I've given up on ur competitor. They seem to never have anything in stock, in store or online.!
I'll just travel to ur store. U have as good as a deal with ur products and if I have to order online, I'm notified rather quickly if the item is out of stock and I often times get a suggestion of another brand!

I went to get something specific. It was in stock. Brandon was great! My go to spot.

I also wanted to address the negative reviews on this store. @Tommy Guess please call or go into the store and speak with Brandon about your bad experience. Im sure he would love to make it right for you. If its the same person who I encountered the 1st time then I understand but they won't be able to address the issue unless you tell them directly. Hope this helps and I know that the current team they have Brandon Lawing, Stephanie and Arielle are amazing!!!

Sorry another update because I did not realize there were 2 Brandons. The Brandon I am referring to is Brandon Lawing. He is awesome!! Keep up the great work guys yall truly rock!!!

I love this location. I shop there every week for my Celsius Energy Drinks and I love the new flavor Peach Vibes. They were out and they told me to come back the next day after their delivery. I couldn't make it the next day but when I did go in 3 days later, they had 2 4 packs up front waiting for me!!! I didn't even ask them to hold them, they just knew I would be in looking for them!! Brandon helped me and is an absolute gem!! He is always so nice and ready to help. I feel horrible that i cannot remember the 2 girls names that help me on a regular basis because they are amazing but I will get their names as well and update this review. Thank you guys for being so awesome!! Great customer service is far and few between in today's day and age but it's always a pleasure going there!!!

I was pleased with this Vitamin Shoppe.

I stopped in while passing through North Charleston, in need of some supplements I'd run out of on the road -- and I got them! What's more, the employee who waited on me was friendly, talkative, and professional; likewise, the store was clean, and easy to navigate. I had zero problems there, and if ever again in the area, I'd gladly return.

I've been going to the store for many years but I feel I have to mention a particular employee named Brandon that has gone above and beyond when it comes to knowledgeability of the product and outstanding performance measures that I consider to be exemplary in all facets of customer service. Ill stick with gnc. When i come through the door at gnc im welcomed .when i ask for help i get great customer service ,not just pointed in the general direction of what i might be looking for. When i check out ar gnc i feel like they are glad i chose to shop with them,and not like they could care less that i ever came into thier store. Bye ,bye ,vitamin shop ,yeah ,im sticking with gnc.
