I had a problem with my phone it would not shut off and I could not call out. Too many issues to put in here. Took it to my payment center and they worked on it for 45 min . Could not fix it. So the Short and sweet part was Buy a new phone and loose all my pics etc. and messages. Which put me in a panic mood. I had Doctor messages and things that I had not saved or read yet. But, one sweet young lady àt the desk said, "I know how you feel. Maybe if you take it to Best Buy they have people that can help you. That is what I did. After 30 min and taking it in the back with others, my phone is working. That is how I am messaging you now. LOVE BEST BUY

We worked with Luke while we were shopping for a DJI drone. He was super helpful, honest and took his time with assisting us even thought it was a mad house in there. Great customer service!

I just got hooked up with some awesome car audio at the Best Buy on Rivers. Aaron, the geek squad member that helped me out, was outstanding. If you’re in the market for car audio. Stop by Best Buy on rivers and ask for Aaron!

The sales personnel was very helpful in picking out the best TV for my situation. I did some research online, but a visual demo was so much better.

Ryan and Mikey helped me get a new additions for my first mini pc for gaming. They were knowledgeable and didn’t try and upsell. Just kept it real. Looking forward to trying out my mouse, keyboard, and mousepad.

Great experience! I did all my research quote down the model that I wanted and went. I watched all the TV's without looking for model numbers and waited till I found one in price range "popped". I window shopped almost an hour before being approached. There were plenty of staff available. They greeted me but never pushed. So I found the TV models I liked and asked about one I found. Turned out that I was right with research. I also was able to get a size bigger and year newer for hardly an increase. They answered questions and explained my findings without ever asking my budget or pushing for bigger sale. I truly felt I was in charge. None of this was my experience years ago. I am so happy I went to Best buy. Of course they'll price match actual business. Not eBay and only Amazon sales not their third party stores. Sorry for ramble, but really loved my experience and not sure I helped anyone 🤣

Was there looking for a smaller TV for occasional use and the gentleman that helped was super friendly and gave me his honest opinion on which was the better option. I can't remember his name but his long hair was glorius...makes me jealous 😂

Did not have any any Samsung charging blocks in stock but I got an AInca and it's doing. S

We went there for a screen protector for my son's new iPad, they were sold out but had an awesome sale on cases so they didn't have many left. We were able to get him a $50 case for $24.99 an a 2 year warranty. The saleslady was very attentive, polite an funny. We also had no problems bringing in an electronic device we didn't purchase there. It was a great experience!!

I absolutely love this place because it is the "Center of Electronics"! But the turndown for this place is a little expensive at this place. rom refrigerators to electronics. They have a massive selection of electronics that you need! They also have 75' TVs, which cost $2,299, they also have it in different sizes!

Went by this place yesterday, got this coffee maker for 69.99 it was $60 off it doesn't say it on the tag but if you look up online you'll find the real prices there. Anyways they got a price match whatever you find also. I kind of like this Best buy even though there was only one cash register open and it was kind of busy. I wasn't sure if they were following all covid guidelines with the percentage of people inside the building but I did see everyone wearing their mask at moments while not near other people. But this location will get busier and busier so Merry Christmas and a Happy New year

Not that big best buy but it has what I had needed for my first month living in Moncks corner. Parking is pretty good even during busy hours. Staff are pretty helpful and accommodating..

Went toBest Buy to buy a microwave, never could get anyone to help us. The guy they have watching front door said he would send somebody over. No one came to help us . As we were leaving the guy said to us no one came to help you I'm sorry we are so short of help. Left went to Lowes. Got what we needed. Very helpful. They even offered to take it to the car for us. Thanks Lowes.

Even in the aftermath of the Christmas rush, these employees are top notch! The store manager was actually working the floor and the register. He helped me find the perfect headset to exchange for my present. Then he referred me to Destyne who is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met about gaming computers! He gave me all the info I needed to buy my complete desktop setup and saved me so much stress and money!! I will be sending all my friends and family to this store from now on! GREAT JOB!

Mr Sheldon went over and beyond in helping me out with my microwave. I was getting the run around. I left the store so happy and satisfied with everything. Thanks Mr Sheldon your The best .
