Honestly Never had a better customer service experience until I ran into Erica who helped me a lot very professional and social, and a Pleasing person to deal with big change from NY. But I bought a house in Charleston just so I could have her customer service whenever I go to dillards

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a reflection on store management, I think. This helpful attitude of employees has been instilled for years in Dillards. Many employess have offered to add us to a list of customers that they contact when a sale is upcoming for something their customers have expressed an interest in.

Last visit was absolutely horrible... This time 1 lady changed that. And I bought the Sauvage. 3 oz 179.85. Thankyou for a little help and testing out some new fragrance!

Lovely environment. I can't believe that they still do gift wrapping here. I'm so excited to give a gift that is so beautifully wrapped by a very nice young lady from here. I don't have much but this person definitely deserves it. It's just a blessing when you can be a blessing. Thank you Christina

Great place for shopping. Many price points- something for everyone.

I suppose the concept of the mall in this day and age is kind of outdated, however, this store itself as far as appearance seems very dated and could probably use an update.
With that being said, the store itself is clean and the employees are are super helpful. This is actually the only place my wife and I go to get fragrances, because of that very reason. They are always willing to spend as much time as needed and also offer some potential options that you might not known about.
The shoe department team is also very helpful even when there are way more customers than employees.
Customer service desk, efficient and friendly. Great store filled with friendly employees and the manager is also extremely welcoming…I don’t know his name, but I’m sure you’ve seen him around.

I absolutely love Dillard's. They just had an extra 40% off the clearance and I found some really great deals. Great place for formal dresses.

Visited the store looking for few things, boots, some dresses for a winter cruise and luggage. Wow lady at the luggage area was super nice and knowledgeable about the different brands and differences between them. She pointed me to the right direction.

Very nice store, neat, clean, good selection and associates very friendly and helpful. Just a bit expensive, but if your looking for something nice and want the brick and mortar experience of trying numerous clothes on instead of waiting for Amazon it's worth the trip.

They have great selection of everything, from clothes to shoes to even socks. There were more sales at this mall than at the outlets. I would definitely recommend this for a place to get your shopping done at. It was very clean and the employees were very helpful in pointing me in the direction that I asked them for. I didn't need another pair of shoes but since I asked where they were at, I ended up buying a pair because of the great customer service.

I've been greeted by two random people that work at Dillard's by walking in and they gave me a very friendly. Hello. How can I help you? It felt great. They're very friendly. great store restrooms. Clean. All the clothes are set up nicely. , the music sounds great. I feel very happy shopping at this location.

Melany Rogers-Mader I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am for this amazing woman she constantly and consistently went above and beyond to help me.. if I had issues with the registry account she fixed it when I was worried the doses would not make it to me in time she found a replacement for me so I didn’t have to worry about getting them in time. When anything went wrong even when it was not her job she found a way to make it happen. She even spent hours with me when I was setting up my wedding registry… I again am at a lose for words because thank you doesn’t seem to sound like a big enough word. Also Lena Burnside you were amazing thank you so much for having such a great additive and trying to help me these women are the best when it comes to customer service!!!
