They always have what I need I love Lowe's All you have to do is ask someone and they will help you The man showed me where to get the stuff to change oil in my John Deere tractor lawn mower. Suggest that I get the air filter too very pleased I did not get any pictures. They had everything you would need.

Customer service is great here! I didn't see the type of Christmas lights I wanted at first, and someone pointed me to the right spot. Then I was looking for some battery operated lights for a night time craft show I'll be doing. I was kind of unsure where to look. Lucien came by and simply asked if I was finding everything okay. Then he took time patiently showing me different options and trying to help me find exactly what I was looking for. A shoutout to Lucien and his great customer service!!

Tina, in appliances, at store #0497 was phenomenal. We needed to return an appliance and purchase a new one. Tina helped us coordinate the swap so that there was only a couple hours gap between pickup of the old one and delivery of the new one. She was very professional and accomodating. We were very pleased!!!! Thank you, Tina!

We showed up little before closing which we hate to do but we had excellent help from a young man named Damian. He showed us to exactly what we were looking for! Awesome workers even right before closing thank you!

We needed a generator and wasn't too sure on exactly which to get, but Tiney was very knowledgeable on both brands, and that helped us get what was best for our needs. Thanks again, LOWE'S for a great hire. We need to clone this young lady and put her in every LOWE'S.

The cashier who assisted me was super supportive. And encouraging even offering personal details about his life to provide me comfort in a time of need. It was awesome also because I was able to Snapchat some inventory that was Mark down my favorite thing to do in Lowe's.

It's fun to shop at Lowe's they are very diversified on products, you can't find elsewhere, and the service personal are so helpful and knowledgeable on the products you get from their store and some great deals for the holidays.

I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. Last one I was asked if I needed help by an employee was in Asheville, NC. Today it happened three times and then I saw an employee run out to help a lady push a cart to her car. It’s sad that this has become uncommon. But who ever is managing this place is making an impact. It’s noticed. Even the lady watching g the check out line was nice. I was waiting for her to say “My Pleasure”. I love my Goose Creek store. But y’all gotta pick it up. This place is great.

It's a big box harware store. What can I say? I get my stuff and leave . They usually always have what I am looking for. Most of the employees are friendly and willing to help. Willy is amazingly friendly at the front registers. Unless in the garden or lumber area, it is self checkout now.

Convenient app, well stocked store, knowledgeable staff, Military discount.

I shop often at Lowe's consumer home repair stores. And always a satisfied customer. This time I bought T-1-11, for a siding replacement job that needs my attention to get done.

Went to this location to make a purchase for work. Lost the receipt and needed it to submit Darryl one of the amazing manager at this location was so patient and understanding and did not stop until he found my receipt. He went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service and has definitely earned my dedicated buisness. Darryl you are amazing!

The staff is truly amazing and prices you can't beat anywhere. They were willing to help a me( a female) load this bad boy up in my truck. This was a surprise birthday present for my fiance.
