The LEGO® Store Mayfair

I was dealing with a chronic illness issue , so my partner went in for me and the staff were super kind and helpful towards him and checked on how I was doing outside the store. They helped my partner pick out a great Lego set for me.

My friend and I visited the Lego store just to browse, and were immediately greeted by Philip, who was an absolute pleasure. He was knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. Philip if you read this, you’re amazing and you made our day. He deserves a raise for his work and positive attitude alone. Thank you!

Popped into this LEGO store, which has become my local store. To grab the Lighthouse that was then just released. The staff was friendly without being overbearing, their interactions with other customers and myself are very pleasant. The checkout process was quick and efficient.

Went because a fourth party company I bought a discontinued set from had missing piece, the young lady was looking through other sets in a book to look for the piece, 😁 and young man came over asked what I was looking for, I showed him the piece, he went to the bin and retrieved it within 5 seconds. I a was going to pay for it but he said no charge, just finish the set. Great service as always.

Decent place. Nice collection they have there. Staff is super nice and helpful. I went there to get a medium size millenium falcon. Unfortunately they were out of stock for that one but a girl from the store told me check with Barnes and Nobles which is right downstairs. And I was lucky to get it there. Thanks to her! 🙂

Always a fun place to visit. LEGO is pricey, but the store has friendly staff ready and willing to help, the selection is great, and there are free activities. Today we made cars with the kids! It's an easy and free way to spend an hour, and if you have some cash or their convenient gift cards, it's worth letting kids pick out a set a set to be excited to build when they get home. Probably one of the best things is being able to see the actual sets fully built in real life. The millennium falcon is definitely impressive!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My Lady and have taken up building Lego sets. We will definitely return to this shop. Stay awesome guys, and Thank You 👍

I visit this place to see my daughter smile. Every time I visit we are warmly welcomed. I adore sharing an experience I also had as a child.

Finally had a chance to go into this Lego store a go and was glad to do so! It's a wonderfully colorful store, spacious atmospheric and just fun as all heck! Prices varied but were generally fair! Service was top notch and very attentive and good, no problems at all! Go here, this Lego store is great!

Well I spent way more money and time here then I probably should have. It was worth it in the end so who am I to even say. I got the Downtown Diner, no regrets here! Looks real good with my other sets. I'm getting sidetracked this isn't about my experience with Lego it's about my experience with this individual store, and I can't let my biased weigh the odds to heavily. First word comes to mind is "overwhelming" second is " bright" third is "welcoming" I was in this location for what could have been hours building up mini figures, grabbing bricks from the wall, and making the decision which set I wanted. The staff here where like busy bees stocking shelves, helping customers, and making the place look like a dime! The inclusion of having built models on display helped me make my choice on which set to choose and I took so many pictures for my wish list. I really liked that there are tables with areas for kids to play. I mean after all it's a TOY STORE, and toy stores are made for kids, Not collectors hence why it's bright, overwhelming, and welcoming. I as a collector not a kid had a hard time with the build a mini figure station (since it's made for children) but it didn't make me not want to build my whole family for my nephew! (It's cool that it's 15pc instead of just three figures with hair/hat and accessory) the staff here where super helpful and I will be leaving them a good review and whatnot through the website. All and all this store helped set off my staycation right! The great moods of the staff, the product which I seaked out, and the ability to see all the sets I've been wanting to know fist hand what they looked like! I love Lego!

This is a small store, but they are well stocked and the employees were really friendly.

Fun store lots of Legos.

Haven't been to Mayfair in a very long time just because I moved out of the area but I decided to take a trip to visit the Lego store for the first time. I'm a huge adult fan of Lego and it was nice to visit the store. The staff is amazing and super nice and everything was well stocked. It is a little on the small side compared to some other Lego stores I have been to in the past which is it's only downfall. But everything else more than makes up for it. I was also able to pick up a solid amount of stuff on the pick a brick wall.

The staff are so friendly. I felt welcome and comfortable in the store. I would definitely come back if in the area again.

Took grandkids in to look. Wow!! Legos shure has changed. So much you can make with them I enjoyed looking!

Friendly employees, clean, if not somewhat crowded, location. My only complaint is with the price of Legos, which the store has no control over.

Came in with 3 small kids about 20 minutes to closing time. Of course the kids wanted to buy and touch everything.. eventually got them to build their own mini figs. Staff were kind, polite, and patient

Staff members are always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My wife and I went to the Lego Store at Mayfair to see if we could get a missing Lego piece for our son. Your employees looked for the missing piece and gave it to us. We are so impressed with the employees, they showed a dedication to your company. I want you to know you have the best customer service I have seen in a long time!
