The Container Store by Mayfair Mall has a broad selection of all things to contain your life. The staff is helpful. If you are looking for ways plastic can get you better organized, you should check out this place. We considered them for a closet remodel but found a preferred alternative elsewhere based on what we sought. Lots of other unusual things in store that you didn’t realize you needed until you shopped here.

I don't get here often, but when I do, I go crazy! Allow yourself plenty of time because there's so much to see. You can find storage for almost everything.

Found lots of unique storage ideas. Also the sales woman in the closet systems was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain features and prices even though I told her it would be for a new home in the future (2-3yrs away).

I finally am finishing the pantry space the hubby made for me. So where do u go to organize that new pantry? The Container Store! Honestly, they have it all, containers for cereal, pastas, flour, nuts, grains, whatever needs to be managed. I especially loved the tea and coffee organizers!
Bins in every size, very convenient for our kiddo to reach into and grab a snack! A must for Grammies house. If u can't find it here, it doesn't exist my friends. Ordered it online, parked right in front of the store and Voila! My order was in the trunk before I could say "Thank U"! Pantry organized and No Divorce needed! 😊❤
Now onward to the cabinets and drawers!

Great selection of items. Ive found a lot of great things on clearance. Everything is usually in stock and employees are always really helpful. There have been a couple of occasions when they may be short staffed and the line to checkout is long... but I don't go when I'm in a rush.

I refer to this store as "my happy place"...Four recent trips to this store and each time was pleasant. The staff seem to enjoy their work and are attentive to customers. I can get lost just going up and down the isles daydreaming of projects! A while back I did a closet design consultation and installation. The process was smooth and the products are great! I also appreciate their POP program, sales and the easy returns process.

Went the container store this past Sunday, after the register freezing after I put my debit card in the machine to pay, the register needed to be rebooted. The cashier rand my order up again and everything was good. Get to my car and realized that both transactions put money on hold in my account. I went back in explained the situation. Was told first transaction would fall off overnight, that didn't happen. Called the store on Monday explained extra transaction didn't fall off. Was asked to call my back to release my money. Banks closed it's a holiday. Called bank on Tuesday, find released & both transactions clear my account. Keep in mind this is my spending account and only a certain amount of money goes into this account, additional funds unplanned would bounce other pending transactions. That's exactly what happened.

Called the store worked with the manager Jenny. Jenny was also at the store on Sunday went I went back in after realizing the double charge. Jenny did her best to refund me the additional charge and the NSF fee this caused. The computer would not allow her to do this. Went into the store on Tuesday, wrong manager was called to assist me, and a wasted trip to the store. Call Jenny when her shift started asked for a cash refund at the store for the extra charge, plus NSF fee, Jenny approved this no questions asked, not to mention she also gave me a gift card for all the trouble.

Best customer service, I probably ever received. Offered to provide proof of 2nd transaction and it was not needed. Customer 4 life.

The store is always clean and is very easy to navigate. Products are pretty much always in stock. The employees are some of the nicest around, even offering to bring products for you to the front counter so you dont have to carry them around the store. Definitely a great place to shop at and will be back again for sure.

Love all things organized. Stop by the front and ask for advice. The staff is amazing and will show you how to channel your inner Marie Kondo. And don’t forget to sign up for the emails that contain discounts.

Stellar as always. Sales staff know their merchandise, and are sensitive enough to know when to help and when to shut up. The gentleman who helped us this time deftly handled my certainty (prior experience) and spouse's waffling. SOOOO many items I'd buy...almost all designed just as I like: clean minimalist lines and functionality you never knew I needed.

If you need containers of ANY kind, they have it. I fell in love with this place when traveling to Chicago to visit friends. Stopped there every time. So many times, I think I was close to owning one of everything. Even made the 90 mile trip without visiting family.
Now, lucky to have one in Milwaukee. Every time I stop in, there is something new that catches my eye. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The inventory is amazing.

I love organizing my life with these products. I got a super cute ceramic soap pump with a sponge holder for my kitchen - game changer! No more soggy sponge and I can buy dish soap in bulk to refil the pump
