I stopped in to buy a high-end notebook. The service was excellent and my visit was productive. My buy on-line / pick-up in-store experience was great. Price was excellent.

As someone who feels inclined to post about 1 review a year- Elias from the TV department was extremely helpful when I was looking for a desktop computer and there was nobody around in the PC section. Despite not being his department, he came over, answered all my questions and then hooked me up with a good value TV purchase and accessories to go along with it. Then he wheeled all the items out to my truck for me no questions asked. I wish more people in this world were this courteous to customers. Thank you

Great selections. Employees were very helpful with electronics info to make a decision on the appropriate headphone. Ask for Mr. X, he did a great job going over the many choices and options.

Got some very good guidance on the technical aspects of two HDTVs I was deciding between. Mercedes delivered very responsive and proactive customer service over the phone, combined with deep product knowledge. Happy to buy a quality TV here at a reasonable price.

I needed a chord for an old TV, and a new phone tripod. They came to my car to get the TV and find the right chord. Also helped choose a good phone tripod. Quick, and easy assistance.

This Best Buy location on Mayfair, across from the Mayfair Mall is a good location that offers great service. I have purchased several computers, a refrigerator, and lots of lesser items here. The staff is great. I get particularly good help from the folks in the computer area who help find exactly what I seek. The staff usually recognize me and give me great service, which can be unusual for a big box store.

I was blown away by the customer service from the guy at the podium near the entrance. Best Buy didn’t have what I needed yet the guy helped me locate it online. I am extremely appreciative! Thank you.

Best Buy has changed over the years, but it follows the trends of personal and home electronics, so now it has lots of smart home stuff and mobile phone accessories. They’ve also gone to a model where if something is locked in a case, you scan a QR code and someone brings it to the pickup desk. This works just fine, and the associate often just comes over to the section you were looking in to get what you want to buy. It’s a little less personal, but it’s more efficient.

Staff there are great to talk to and so fun too. Went to buy a 4k bluray player and some 4k movies for the 1st time and had the best time doing so. They really engage with customers and feels like family. I recommend BEST BUY truly

Very friendly and helpful employees. Bought a Sony receiver for my friends birthday. Bought one before and loved it. I give them a thumbs up 👍 along with the people who work there.

I order an item and stop in to it up. The staff was great in assisting me.

Good Best buy store. You can use the restroom right next to your shopping. They have signs to show you where to pee in the store. It's so nice that people are not just peeing and pooping everywhere. They have designed spots. Yay 😁

I love best buy. My budget is mostly not very high. I purchased this tablet. It's not horrible for a cheap tablet. It does work a little slow but i haven't had any problems with anything else. Just with some tapping on the screen issues. With speed. But overall a nice tablet. I love best buy and even if my budget is low i still love their products. It's overall worth shopping there for tech merchandise.

This was my first time ever using curbside pickup and Best Buy did not disappoint! The emailed instructions were easy to follow and the associate was out with my order within 5 minutes. He was super friendly and courteous and loaded everything very carefully. (1item was a flat-screen TV). I had shopped around and Best Buy had the best selection and prices. They offer great warranty extensions but don't pressure you into them. I have used their Geek Squad in the past and they've been exceptional every time. Best Buy is now my go to place for electronics and accessories.

extremely fast and friendly service each time I go there. the place is big and has most of what any house could need. they also provide pickup service which is great too. the parking lots are numerous and you won't find yourself without one.
