Sommer’s Subaru

I’ve bought several cars from Sommer’s Subaru. Seth D. is my sales rep. He is the best. This time I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback and I love it. It’s almost like having a brand new car. I’ve had service at Summers as well and been completely satisfied, I recommend, if you’re in the market for a used or new car, to go see Seth.

Ethan was very honest and knowledgeable. He was upfront with making sure he would find answers for my questions if he was not sure. I did not feel hurried or pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Extremely happy with my ultimate purchase!

Our family has purchased so many cars through Sommers we should get a fleet discount. The experience has always been great. This time I traded in my 2013 Subaru out back for a 2023 Buick Envision. Worked with Troy this time being he's at the Buick/GMC dealership, Its like working with your best friend. Definitely see him.

Came in with a flat to be fixed, but was aware that I would most likely need a set of tires, but was also thinking new brakes. Alex took care of me when I got there, since we both thought I was doing brakes, got me set up for a loaner. This was a late Friday afternoon, thinking it would be done sometime Saturday. Alex called me about an hour and a half later saying done, brakes not needed. Picked my car up, car hasn't rode that well in many months. Great work and care by all. Parts, service and techs. Thank you so much!!

I have not bought a new car in many many years so the attention given to us by Curt George was outstanding 5 star plus. We did not feel pressured at all. We went to another dealership which I will not name we looked at their cars. Shortly after our arrival I said we need to go back and find Curt. We are thrilled with our new Subaru and when we went back to pick it up Curt took his time making us feel comfortable with this new technology we learned. Curt set us up with Derrike Cosby and he made the finance process easy too.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Sommers for the second time. What was exceptional was that they let us drive the vehicle back to our home (22 miles) one way to make sure it would fit into the garage with our other vehicle. Also, thank you Miguel and John for helping us through the sales process and teaching us about the options with the vehicle. And thank you Grant who was our first salesman 11 years ago for making sure we were treated well and respectfully.

Hands down, my best car purchase experience. Able to get an overnight test drive to make sure the Ascent met all of my needs. The team was attentive at every step, and while they were very busy during the holidays and before the new year, I always felt like I was the only customer in the building. I got the exact vehicle I wanted at a fair price and my experience took up very little of my time. I had always heard Sommers was a great dealership to work with and now after having purchased my first vehicle with them, I can say all of the previous feedback I had received was accurate! Shout out to Omar for making my experience great. They even returned my rental for me! They also do a new vehicle education and overview session at your convenience to help you become better acquainted with your new Subaru. Which I love because I’m a Subaru newbie!! Sommers is the example of what it means to have great customer service!

I am extremely happy about my Subaru Ascent. It has all the bells and whistles. I know we received a great deal! Scott, our salesman, treated us with the upmost kindness and respect. He was not pushy and was kind the entire time. I mentioned to him several times I was looking for a relationship and a new car. I do not like to switch dealerships but the previous dealership I was working with became very pushy and lost the customer service feel.
I love my new car and above all the service I received.

The sales guy was not pushy, very friendly and helpful in explaining everything. Answered all our questions, checking with someone else for an answer if he wasn't sure or didn't know. The finance guy was also great, working hard to get all the paperwork done in a timely manner. Both were very accommodating checking on our comfort several times. This is our third Outback from Somers!

Our sales consultant, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We love our new Cross Trek!!

This is my second Subaru I have purchased from Sommer's and I'm always impressed at the level of professionalism and efficiency at this dealership. When we went in, our salesman was Kyle Bohacheck and I will ask for him in the future and I highly recommend him now. I never felt like he was just out to sell me something but his intent was to help me find the car that best fit my needs. Very happy with my purchase and the service received.

I appreciated that there was not any high pressure to purchase additional warranties or Maintenance package. Adam was very informative throughout the whole purchase process. We absolutely love our new forester, although understanding all the new technology will take awhile.

Devyn Favia was most amazing to work with. No hard pressure sales tactics, he took his time and answered all of my questions. We test drove three different models before I decided what I wanted. He was very patient as we walked through inventory on the lot and even some reviews on the trucks making their way to the dealership in the colors and trims I wanted to see.
