Paula was so helpful! I was about to give up but she found the perfect dress at a very reasonable price! I didn't know that stylists/personal shoppers would help someone like me with my budget. I am so grateful Nordstrom hires experienced, quality, & caring personnel.

One of my favorite stores, very lightly staffed these days. But they always seem to have the best stuff.

Owen at the Creed fragrance counter is by far one of the greatest, most genuine, honest, helpful salesperson I've ever met. Last year, I was searching for a scent to wear for my upcoming wedding. I've always had deep familiarity with the usual suspects (Chanel, Dior, Versace, etc) and I always knew Creed existed but never seriously considered them as a purchase candidate. One day, I was at the counter and I smelled Erolfa by Creed and since then I found my signature scent for life, and along with it, a prolonged sales relationship for all my fragrance needs. As president of one of the largest companies in our industry here in Wisconsin being able to smell pleasant, confident and prestigeous is of the uptomost importance. I have since purchased several other Creeds, and I know Owen will always be super honest and go above and beyond to continue to accommodate my fragrance needs. Please don't ever retire from this place!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob in the Returns department today at Nordstrom Mayfair. He was absolutely delightful! His customer service was fabulous. He was efficient and so very kind. Makes me want to shop at Nordstrom Mayfair! Thank you Jacob, you truly made my day!

Gorgeous store. Beautiful displays with stuff you just cant find anywhere else. We were especially interested in Creed colognes. Gina was amazing. She educated us in a way that impressed me tremendously. She is an absolute treasure for that store. We will be back.

Love the modern design of the store interior. Love the fact I can park in a parking structure to block the sun from baking my truck. The store has a very nice bar and coffee shop. It is a great shopping experience. Store has a major cosmetics area on the second floor which is level with the first floor of the mall. It also has a fragrance counter for men on the lost level which I recently discovered

You can also access the second level of the store from the parking structure if you go up one level

The third floor has a women's lounge with a nice changing table and a nursing/pumping room. Very nice to have access to this while shopping with my wife! (my wife used it, not me)

Lana, Jake, Marlin, and Melissa literally made today’s shopping experience so inclusive, fun, and exciting. Make sure to stop by the second floor for great advice on fragrances. Thanks team.

Worked with Jacob in the men’s suits department. Very professional and knowledgeable in fits and styles of various designers. Will be working with Jacob in the future…

I had lunch here at the beautiful cafe. The food was amazing. The service was wonderful and very friendly, and I love the look and feel of the whole place. Would definitely go here again to eat.

The cosmetics section is a godsend. Kiehls and all the perfumes and scents you could ever want. Plus their candle selection is amazing. Also they have topman which is great just wish it had more selection.

I am sooooo appreciative for Morgan in the kids section! She worked with me over the phone finding a little boys suit for a wedding that my nephew is in, took the time with me since I live out of state to have everything ready to pick up the suit, along with shoes that had to come in from another store. Worked with me regarding getting set up with the Nordstrom credit card as well and the store let the suit be on hold for me to pick up the next day. Went to pick up the suit and shoes yesterday and everything was PERFECT!! The suit even matches the wedding dress! The bride and I are sooooo thankful for everything you guys have done and I will keep going through your location for anything I need there! Thank you soooooo much!

Came here to get my man sized for a suit. The employee who fitted him, Steve C - was very thorough at explaining everything & gave us lots of options. We didn't leave w/ any questions & felt very confident in our order! The whole process, including ordering took just over an hour. Would 10/10 recommend him! Give this man a raise, he went above & beyond.

Store is clean and bright. Easy to browse merchandise. Staff have been friendly and helpful every time we've visited.

Nice department store with a large variety

Destiny is so sweet and was so helpful when I couldn’t find a product. She went out of her way to help me find it and even though she couldn’t find it and it wasn’t in the store, she was so patient and kind. There is not much customer service these days, but she exceeded those expectations.
