Fresh prepared foods, packaged goods, and frozen/refrigerated items are available from this small business. Their japchae and beef kimbap are really good and everything is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this store.

We really like this little Asian grocery and stop here at least 5-6 times a year to restock on our Korean faves. It's on Geary just a couple of blocks of 19th so super accessible if you're driving through city. It's the best place in SF that we've found to affordably pick up frozen thinly sliced pork belly and beef for BBQ and a whole suite of freshly made banchan. They've also got a good selection of kimchis and frozen pot stickers. While you could probably get this all a tiny bit cheaper in the Easy Bay or Peninsula at a giant Asian chain market, this is best place for locals and its always great to support a small business.

I really like this small market. It's much more approachable than the behemoth Korean chain market that opened in SF.. They have delicious house made Kim bap and fried chicken. Last trip, we got the marinated meat that we baked and had with pickled little anchovies. The staff were helpful in trying to find chewy noodles. They didn't end up having them but I appreciated their taking the time to help look through their inventory.

Love this place. Yummy food options to go! I especially like their sushi rolls, soup and japchae noodles. I wish they put their inventory online or Uber eats. Buying groceries remotely is important these days.

After coming back from South Korea, I was driven to find the same type of ingredients used to cook classic Korean dishes. This market has a solid selection of various Ramen, kimchi, snacks, soju, and more. The people working there are quiet and keep to themselves, however are extremely helpful when I asked about how to make kimchi pancakes! If you're looking for a quick shop to get Korean food supplies, stop by this place.

it’s such a great concept to sell banchan by the pound! great for meal prep, which I did.
I came after work so they ran out of their pre-packaged meals (gimbap, chicken) so go early if you want to catch that.

This cute hole-in-the-wall Korean market is the best. They have all the essentials that you will want or need for a Korean dinner. There is a banchan bar at the back where you can select and pack banchan side dishes, priced by the pound. They also have premarinated meats, as well as pre-packed bibimbap. At the front, they have freshly made snacks and good items, such as Korean Fried Chicken, japchae, kimbap, dukbokki, and spicy tofu soup along other things. Definitely a good place to stop by and highly recommend for Korean ingredients. This is the only Korean market I trust inside the city!

The Korean food selection is on point and the homemade Kimchi is a must. Also the thin sliced meat is great for hot pot, saves the hassle of doing it yourself!

This is probably the best Korean grocer in SF. Their house kimchi is outstanding. Plus you can order items like jap chae, chicken, bul gogi, and kim bop in bulk for parties

Mom and pop market with some amazing Korean food. They make a lot of their items in house and they are great for a grab and go. Very affordable for Korean food as well.
