AT&T Store

I had an outstanding experience in this store. The manager, Monique, was one of the best customer service/ sales people I have ever worked with.
Monique was knowledgeable, patient, persistent in solving my somewhat difficult cell problem, and professional. I watched her with other customers with different needs, and she was equally as helpful and gracious.
She was helpful yet respectful with purchasing items I needed.
I would definitely recommend Monique and her crew!

The daytime Sales Manager, Jeffery, provided outstanding customer service during my recent visit to the AT&T store on South Carrollton here in New Orleans. He went above and beyond to assist me after I lost my phone by helping me get a new device, filing my insurance claim, and walking me through turning my account back on. Jeffery was patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his helpful and friendly attitude. He represented AT&T well and made what could have been a frustrating experience an easy and pleasant one. I would highly recommend Jeffery to anyone in need of assistance at the AT&T store. He delivered a 5 star experience and great customer service - He is an asset to your team!

Just bought a phone out of here tonight and had a great experience. The young men in the store were respectful and professional. I might have challenged them on a couple things but they were patient and knowledgeable and provided alternative suggestions to help me in my situation. I felt comfortable, safe and happy with my purchase when I left the store. THANKS GUYS

I really had a great experience at this AT&T store! They employees were super helpful, nice, and really knew their stuff. I went in to get a new I-Phone and they had me in and out with everything fully transferred in no time. Great experience and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone! Will definitely be back!

Monique was wonderful. It’s unfortunate that security measures are in place so I couldn’t see the phone I wanted but I understand why. I had done enough research to know the new phone will be great so I went ahead and purchased with Monique.
