Rio Clothing Store

My Daughter an I often visit the chef store, and I have always been presented with awesome customer service. I wish I could have tried on clothes during my visit; however I am okay knowing that no one tried on the items I buy. but I was my clothes when I buy new any way.

The lady that works in the store is so hilarious she knows how to make you laugh while shopping. that is often needed if you've had a stressful day. shopping is an outlet for me. so walking into a store and greeted with respect plus clothing advice, and laughs are a plus.

Nice clothes but one sales person is lil pushy too the point of uncomfortable

Terrible experience! I work for the BBB and came to check out this location and the salesman immediately made me walk out. Very pushy and disrespectful. The dressing rooms were closed(due to Covid) therefore I asked the alternative for knowing how your clothes fit considering this store does no cash refunds. He responded “no try on” then as I looked through the jeans he said “your size is over here”. I replied with “excuse me I’m looking at 9s” he said “ your size over here “ which is 11 and up . This was a complete insult and to assume my size. I immediately left and will never return again! Mind you it is 2 days before a major holiday and it’s sitting in the middle
Of gentilly and it has NO CUSTOMERS. I wonder why? Plz support black businesses. I will be reporting this store .

This company has the worst customer service ever. You can’t try on clothes in the store due to COVID (but it other top stores you can) so if you purchase something and it don’t fit you can only exchange it which is totally unfair. If I would have been able to try it on and saw that it didn’t fit I would have never brought it. I’m going to do whatever I can to slow business down for them.
