Absolutely terrible. Placed an online order on the 8th. Received a shipping confirmation email 2 days later. I had to call the store MULTIPLE TIMES 10 days later because it was completely radio silence. When I talk to someone got all types of stories, supposedly my order was dropped off to the post office today. That wasn’t true, my order was NEVER pulled, it was “overlooked, “ and to add insult to injury, the items that I order were out of stock. So if I wouldn’t call I literally would have been waiting forever. Clearly Emline, isn’t ready the e-commerce industry.
