There is a girl that works here with really long pretty nails and every time I see her, she is SO helpful and kind. I leave feeling happier and lighter. Thank you! Great location with great staff.

Aiden in the garden department was the nicest young man I have ever met. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Helped me find what I needed and made sure I was doing okay as well. Outstanding service for someone his age. He was hard at work when I asked him for help and he stopped what he was doing to make sure I found what I needed okay. Thank you Aiden!

The people was very helpful and friendly, I had to get 25' of 8-2 wire and it was under lock and key due to some problems of stuff walking off however they got it out and asked if there was anything else I needed and I explained that I also needed a tankless water heater and they went and got someone to help with that and met me a the register to check me out so I didn't have to go thru the self check out. That really impressed me for the first time going to this location of how friendly and helpful that they are. Great job and thank you 😊.

Katelyn provided such a friendly experience this evening. She was able to mix a gallon of paint from a very small sample. She walked me through how to use the new fancy paint buckets, and I felt very confident going into my painting project with her advice.

It was great. We took one of our pugs up there today. We got everything on our list inside and in the garden center. Very clean and lots of room to maneuver. Friendly assistant at the self checkout. She had some mini biscuit treats for our boy.

I have never encountered a Home Depot like this place. Every dept's staff is like a small local hardware store. It is friendly, helpful, attentive service like I have never seen at a big box store. Rentals, lumber, customer service, pickup, flooring, plumbing, locks, EVERY part of this store has truly wonderful people with amazing genuine integrity for good service. I'm so grateful that this is my local HD!

Great customer service from a great team! I ordered a couple items that showed up damaged multiple times - no fault of Home Depot, all poor packaging from the vendor. Everyone here made the reorder/replacement process very smooth and even offered a discount for the delayed project. Thanks to Jennifer, Savannah, and anyone else who helped in the process!

I went into Hermitage store early this morning to get flooring. Alanda helped me. Such great customer service. So sweet and efficient. This store didn't have what I needed so she took the time to call another store and found what I needed. She shared some hints to help me. Definitely 5 STAR service.

Met a guy named Hugh today. Man what a wonderful experience. I don’t know his story or why he has to work he seems a little on the older side. I’m emotional typing this because life can be difficult you never know what the people you meet on the daily are going through. Hugh made my day with his cheerful smile and genuine kindness. Thankful for him and hope this place knows what a gem they have working for them!

FANTASTIC customer experience! Got a used car from a friend and the battery in it died. The battery was only 1 year old, and was still under warranty, but my friend lost the receipt. I took it in to see if I could get a warranty replacement, and they wanted to see the receipt. I told them I didn't have it and needless to say, they found a way to make it work! They exchanged it for a brand new one. That's some excellent customer service! Definitely would recommend!
