Electronic Express

I bought TV last month and when I got it home, it was defective. I took it back and got another one - no problem no hassle.
These guys are great and I would definitely recommend this store. I have bought a few TV's and a Refrigerator and every time, I have had a great experience with them.

I'd like to give a shoutout to one of the associates at the Hermitage store. Deonte was very helpful when I was looking for a new refrigerator. His product knowledge and his familiarity with all the vendor "deals" that were going on enabled me to buy a brand-new Samsung, instead of a similar one from the local scratch-and-dent store. He was even able to include a free set of the Samsung custom refrigerator panels because of the special deal Electronic Express was running!
Deonte also was great in working with me regarding my slightly convoluted delivery logistics, too. Delivery was scheduled for today, and the crew was in and out in barely an hour! Like clockwork, absolutely no issues.
Now, I gotta start locking for a new washer and dryer... “Hey, Deonte!”

I have made several purchases over the years at this location and I can say they have always been fair and polite and helped me to load large appliances up. I will definitely go back in the future.

We just got one of the newest Samsung bespoke refrigerators during a 4th of July sale and it was a great experience! William helped us and spent plenty of time with us (I took a long time because I had to look at everything and ask 100 questions). We have looked at several stores and I believe we got the best deal and he was more knowledgeable than the staff at other stores. Glad we went with this place.

Hey I want to shout out John and Chris at Electronic Express on Old Hickory in Nashville. John was a consummate professional. His customer service was superior. He found the laptop charger that I needed for my laptop which I couldn't locate at any other store and I was blown away by the entire experience. Thanks guys.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Deonte was awesome! He went over all of our options, and helped us find something within our price range, went over warranty options for us and was honestly just such a pleasure to work with! I will be back for sure!

The employees that work at this location are very helpful they have great customer service. I came in looking for a tv for my brother for his birthday. they answered all my questions and got me a 55’ tv for a great price. I will definitely be back in the future.

Very helpfull sales person. Have always gone back to this place for years to purchase electronics. I know just enough about computers and TVs and stereos equipment to know when someone has a good knowledge of what they are selling. On this purchase the sales person new the product and got it ordered for me.

My initial dealings with Electronic Express in Hermitage, TN was a great experience! The entire team were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I needed guidance about the ideal products for two environments (TV, printer, etc.). I was impressed by their listening skills and cost-effective solutions. I primarily worked with Joe, with input from Billy, Silvik, Dale and William. I look forward to returning to the store for future purchases!

Deonte was our salesperson and was great! The delivery was not the greatest and we ended up installing everything ourselves. We called Deonte back and he took care of us!

I actually had a fun time getting headphones!!! I was afraid they may not have the kind I needed...but to my surprise...n a few times of attempting to find them n didn't...the very nice salesman got me fixed up! They worked perfect for what was required. ..he was patient n very kind. Thank you Joe!!! Now I can sleep thru the nite! 😁

I just want to say this place has wonderful customer service. I was attended to by Josh. He was very patient, he listens to your needs, he answers your questions, and he wants the customer to leave feeling satisfied with their purchase. The other interactions I had with the sales staff were terrific, as well. Even while I waited to be checked out, they were engaging and amazing. I totally recommend coming here before heading to Best Buy for your electronic needs. Customer service is everything and these people...I'm glad I shopped with them.

Everyone there is very nice. Mr. Darhon in appliances was absolutely amazing. Very nice and patient as we couldnt decide what we wanted. Also the man who worked for acceptance now financing is so nice and helpful. I didn't catch his name.. Definitely go back to shop for more things.

I am a 30+ year customer. I have literally purchased over a dozen TV's & electronics over the years. Store Manager Devin is just absolutely the best. I wouldn't considering going anywhere else with the great service, support and awesome prices. Thank you Electronic Express, you ROCK!

The laptop I bought was on sale so I got a really good price. The sales associate was helpful explaining the differences between models.

My husband and I just bought a new house and needed several appliances. When we walked in we were helped immediately and there were lots of affordable options. Delivery was scheduled for days later which is usually not the case these days. We will definitely be back!

Staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable. We bought two TVs from this store because the prices were just as good if not better than Best Buy during Black Friday ( and had the items we wanted in stock). We found out one was damaged when we got it home and Zion took care of us the right way. Our experience was quick, headache-free and top notch. Would and have recommended this store to other people.

I thought customer service was dead until I visited this store! I needed a region free bluray player, with Amazon on it - Dale & Joe helped me out. They were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and the price was lower than Amazon. I will return to this store for other products based on the excellent customer service. Great Job, Guys! After extended searching for a WHITE dishwasher I spoke with Joe Bailey at the Hermitage Electronic Express store. I needed a dishwasher immediately and most of the ship dates I encountered were more than two weeks delivery. Joe made some calls and found the white Bosh dishwasher that I wanted in their warehouse though at this point I would have settled for another brand in white. He also managed to find a delivery solution for me. Their weekly delivery had already been made and no others expected; however Joe found someone in their company who was making a pickup of some sort and asked for their help with the delivery from the warehouse to the store. Joe was polite, patient and tireless in finding a solution. He definitely exceeded my expectations. I am most appreciative of his efforts in customer satisfaction. ( I would like to suggest that there are those of us who have no desire for a stainless steel appliance. In my case, I live in a historic home where I think that stainless steel would be inappropriate. I would like to be able to purchase a color of MY choice without having to wait 2 weeks for delivery. ) Thanks again to Joe Bailey at Hermitage Electronics Express. He went the extra mile to get me what I wanted.
