I love this place!! I love to look but I got there later than expected. Even my boyfriend said damn this isnt what I expected, this place isnt so bad.
I got the perfect bag for my sketch books that I can decorate and multi sketch pads 50% off. Plus some leather for my binders.

Maurilio was SO HELPFUL in the framing department. He was kind, caring, and spent time to help me find the right frame for several pictures I brought in. Honestly, it was the best customer service I’ve received from anywhere in a long time. Thanks Maurilio!

Politics aside, the 90% off sale was faboo! Snagged cartfuls of nifty stuff for decorating next Christmas. Friendly clerks and a clean store.

They have such a beautiful store that they keep clean and in order. There's so many varied items that I've actually never seen the whole store yet! There's no problem finding someone to help me, and they are always very polite and attentive to my needs, no matter how small. Thank you! I would have given you more stars if it was possible!

This is a very nice, well stocked, organized and clean store. I visited on Saturday, August 28th and was helped by Maurilio in the picture frames department. He was absolutely superb in every way. His attention to detail, patience and sincere desire to help was surprising to me because most customer service reps don't care that much. He showed me several different options, cut a custom matting a few times and even replaced a frame glass I broke by accident. Hobby Lobby staffing folks like Maurilio is a big reason why I would remain a loyal customer.

Honestly shocked at how organized everything is there.. for there to be so many different choices. They were all in the Correct spots .. like something you would see out of a movie

Every time I go here (which tends to be a lot), all of the employees are super friendly. Checking out is very quick, even if there’s a long line. The music (in my opinion) is actually calming, the smells are nice as well but aren’t too overpowering/overwhelming. The layout isn’t constantly being changed, so you always know where everything is. I always find what I’m looking for, and sometimes I even find cool things I wasn’t even going there for! Great place!

They didn't have what I went in looking for but that didn't stop me from buying something. They had some really good sales. It's my happy place!

Had returns to make and the Yong lady was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to get my returns done. Great customer service.
