Best Buy

Regrettably, I have not visited a brick and mortar store for an electronic purchase in some time now. James Wilder, a representative from Intel, changed my perspective. I learned more in 15 minutes speaking with him than I would have learned in a week of online research, on my own. Thank you Best Buy, thank you James, I will be back again!

We went to look at and possibly purchase a laptop. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, showed us several options to meet our needs, and didn't pressure us as we made our decision. Very happy with the process.

Going forward This is the only Best Buy in the world. I will shop at when I tell you Will, the manager went above and beyond to make sure I had the wire for our security system. He moved mountains. I came in at the last minute the store was already closed and he still allowed me to purchase the cord I needed because we have to have our security system up and running so if you’re looking for a good Electronic store to purchase all of your things from go to this one because Will and his team will make sure to take care of you, Will you’re absolutely the best and the team at Fly Away airport parking. Appreciate you.

These guys were great. I had a larger item that I ordered online. Not only was it immediately ready when I came in a few days later, they loaded it right up into my car. Can’t ask for much more than that!

100000/10 customer service from start to finish. David was incredible, if you’re looking to switch to Verizon ASK FOR HIM! When Verizon was giving me a hard time Jennifer stepped in to help with the help of Kaydance. All three were actually amazing. Thank you guys again so much for your help and quite literally going above and beyond for me!!! Mwah!! My heroes (can’t thank you all enough). Love this location. Give these three a raise cause they 1000% deserve it.

I Went Christmas Eve to make a Purchase. I was In and Out in around 20 Minutes, That Included Putting the Item in My Car. The Salesperson was trying to Add On Things That I Didn't Want, and he Was Respectful. The Service Was Great!

Staff members were extremely helpful. From the moment I walked in I was asked what I was looking for. I was pointed in the right direction, but before I could make it to the back of the store, I was asked again by a different worker. Very nice and polite.

I had recently purchased a Best Buy fridge that came to me Dented and was dropped off. I wasn’t happy and specified to Best Buy ways to improve their service, reminding them of what I remembered Best Buy symbolized. I’m really happy that they replaced my fridge with a new one, and the two delivery drivers, Ashton and Arjenis, gave me an A+ service and reassured my confidence in Bestbuy again. They followed all company procedures, unboxed and inspected the fridge, assembled the whole thing, and my fridge became fully functional. Thank you.

I recommend seeing Rusty in the electronics department if you are looking to buy a TV. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. Rusty listened to what we were looking for and was able to recommend the right items for us. He is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Rusty thank you for recommending the hidden wire accessory for the TV. It looks amazing!!

Best Buy's one of the only stores I will go to for new CDs or DVDs and Blu-rays. I've also bought TVs and computers from them. I've never met an employee that wasn't courteous and helpful and their prices our great. I actually just picked up a new CD that was $5 less then the actual artist was selling on the website. They have a great rewards plan and there warranties and technical support for electronics are the best.

Mount Juliet and Nashville West locations are best for physical media pick ups, friendly staff and efficient.

Stopped in for a printer, (copy machine). The staff was very very helpful. Could not be happier with the machine or the price.

Lan listened to what we wanted in a TV and guided us to the right model and made a purchase the best experience! 5 stars for the service, not the TV.
Decided on the 65” Sony X80J (banana for scale), upon his recommendations and very honest comparisons between many brands, models and classes. So far have not been disappointed….
Update 6/5/21: Sony X80J was returned for random freezing as well as YouTube freezing. TV had to be restarted. TV was replaced with another, new X80J and within a week YouTube was freezing. This TV will be returned and another will be chosen.

Shawn and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure my mom was happy with her purchase and the service option she purchased. We are always so happy with the value and most importantly the level of customer service provided!

My AC went out at home, so we searched & looked at 4 other stores. Until I decided to Google! Found out that Best Buy sold them & had the brand we wanted - GE. The only issue was that they closed the doors at 7pm. We arrived at 6:58. I asked the manager on site, Anthony(hoping that I have the name correct) if I could come In and get an AC? He said YES!!! Even though they were closing, he let myself & my husband in, and we quickly located & purchased an AC! They didn't have to do that or help us in any way, but they did! Thank you again for everything!

Great place to buy TV! Good supply of choices and knowledgeable sales staff.

Did take a few minutes to find a team member to help us, but once we were helped, she knew everything I needed to know about the product.

Walked in there looking for a soundbar. The man at the front desk hooked me up with a sales guy, and immediately he found what I was looking for, and it was on sale.
