Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks, when the coffee is right it’s perfect and when it’s wrong it’s okay and the staff is mostly friendly. The amount of times they forget the cold foam and sweet cream or other things from my order is actually IMPRESSIVE. I think they have any fast food restaurant for incorrect orders beat for me personally. I pay approximately $6/$7 extra for the things I add to my coffee making it a $12/$13 coffee in totality. I order ahead which means when they forget something they have stolen my money…… generally I will go back and ask them to fix it however they can…. But days like today when I just sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes I don’t have time to run in or go back through to tell them the mistakes I noticed without even tasting it. So basically this Starbucks probably owes me $100 or more at this point…….. this place is WAY too expensive to not read the print out and end up forgetting $5 worth of add ins every other time….. FIX THIS….

Stopped here a few times on road trips. (We plan road trips via sbux) Today we placed a food and coffee order as usual and a couple of minutes after paying, we were Informed that a portion of our order was unavailable or rather, was still frozen. The gentleman helping us, Chris, was very accommodating and apologetic. He offered a refund or alternate selection and I picked up a product which turned out to be more than the original purchase. As I went to return it Chris said it was no trouble and I should keep it. It was a lovely gesture considering how set I was on the original purchase. ..Happy customer..
The pour over coffee is delicious and the overall aesthetic is pleasing with a comfortable feel.

Gonna kept it a buck. It’s Starbys. You know what you’re getting and you’ll get it here. It’s expensive but worth it. Also the staff are nice in my experience so that’s a plus, but honestly it’d still be 5 stars if they weren’t because again, this is a Starbys.

I think they were short staffed. Everyone was working hard but there were many people waiting all crowded together as orders got a little backed up and there were only 4 or 5 employees at noon on the Friday after Christmas.

I travel to Florida last August and hit about 10 Starbucks going south from Nebraska. This time I came up through Tennessee mississippi-missouri Indiana Illinois. I have not encountered a Starbucks where the food or the baristas are not consistent. Starbucks has an excellent example of how you should run a food service business

I am a Starbucks addict!! I wish the one by my house, in Kansas City, was as good, efficient, and in rhythm, as this one. The crew was AMAZING, how well, and in sync with everything they were. They were super busy, too. It was fun watching them. Plus, my drink was ready when the app said it would be!!

Always get great service and staff are all wonderful! Go there almost every day!

I went through the drive through this morning around 11 and the boy who helped me was so nice and patient. I got my order wrong like two times and he helped me remember the drink I wanted!! I think his name was Thomas. Very polite young man!

Loovvee this Starbucks. Love ALL the staff!!! The most amazing kids and some adults I've seen yet!! I wished I could keep them with me ,along with an espresso machine to teach me lol.

Another Starbucks success! Drink made to perfection.. nice staff... Variety of drinks and snacks to choose from...I chose to go inside and was waited on instantly.. Looking forward to the seasonal flavors that are soon to be arriving

I love Starbucks, particularly their cappuccino. They offer heavy cream for the froth and it makes such a wonderful creamy thickness to the froth therefore it lasts longer I also like to add a shot of sugar-free vanilla which gives it that awesome flavor without the calories. Try it I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do. I stop often to have one of these hot luxurious treats. I also like that they always greet you when you come in the door and they serve you with a smile and no matter how busy they are they always seem to get it right and on time.

The Lebanon location is very friendly and our drinks always taste good. We specifically love when James is working in the drive thru. He’s always upbeat and happy. He’s very sweet with our pup too!

Needed a coffee. Don't drink anything but coffee unadulterated. They don't have dark roast after 10:30, so I have to get pour over. I ordered a grande dark roast pour over. Got it. Very good! Good service!

Good caffeine and good quality employees. This location has never forgotten to put espresso in my latte, so they get 5 stars. They’ve made suggestions when out of something and I have no complaints. I’ve been to this location with someone who used to rarely drink coffee and doesn’t like espresso. They were very helpful while she tried to figure out how to order what she wanted.
