Big Lots

Honestly I had only been to Big Lots on one other occasion. I was in a rush and I was overwhelmed by to my perception, a bunch of junk crowding the shelves. It was too much to be bothered with so I left.
The other day on my visit I was blown away. Totally shocked at how the entire store looked like a showplace. Shelves were stocked. Merchandise was current and fashionable. Prices were clearly marked. They were having a crazy with signs plastered everywhere.
The only suggestion I would have is that some of the aisles were a bit too tight.
Definitely will add this store to my 🔥 HOT LIST 🔥

Love this place, great customer service, great workers and store is always stock with what I'm needed. Enjoyed my shopping trip today they was giving an additional 20% off on every item. Got extra things for the house. Been wanting to see what all the hype is abt the Air fryer so I got one.

Great prices good staff

Big lots has getting nicer. More furniture and fancier lines of home goods & decor. They have great deals as always on exotic food, health food, and non-perishable goods. Lots of holiday and season goods. Super cute stuff. Big lots has upped their game!

The store was clean and organized. Prices were clearly marked. The merchandise was in good condition with a great selection. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We are very pleased with our new recliner. Shout out to Alandos, who took great care of us.

Always very nice people, I needed some accent lights and they have a good variety.

It's been about a year since I went to this place. Wow, Big Lots has kicked it up with a remodel and stepped up the quality of products. Super prices on cleaning, and food. I love you can find gourmet items too which can be quite fun. If you have not been in a while..take a friend check it out and...next door is Hobby Lobby and a goodwill...oh, you have a couple of choices for lunch too or go big and treat yourself to Famous Dave's right around the corner. Bye y'all...

Nicest Big Lots I've ever been in. Go regularly and leave with a cart full every time. Recently bought a couch there- the process was so quick and easy. One the employees even helped us get the couch into the truck when we came to pick it up.

Went to get a cabinet I had scene at another store. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Like to shop here during the week easier to get out of and people will help you finding something you need

Clean store and nice staff.

This Big-Lot's had alot of good things to buy. The Summer Collection looked good. I would only go to this store if you get a pay check the same day or you will be crying or put some stuff back.

It's been a while since I was here and since the last time, they have done an excellent remodel job. Everything is more roomy and expansive. Very clean as usual and they now have a small selection of refrigerated items at the back of the store. Very nice selection of things and way better organized than before.

They have remodeled this location.. and it is SO nice! It's bright, clean, well-organized.. and full of great deals! (I should know- I'm in there at least once a week now-lol). I especially love their home decor section.. very affordable.. as well as their furniture. Good job, Hermitage Big Lots!👏🏾

I love this place! Been shopping here for years. The girls always say "welcome to Big Lots" then ask how you're doing. Know their children and grandchildren. Always take good care of you. Please check out the one Hermitage. They're the best!!

Today, rewards members get 20% off everything in the store... so its always a good trip! The store is clean, well stocked, not junky or crowded, and the staff are always friendly & helpful. Im not a big BiG Lots shopper as a rule, but 20% off gets me in the store spending money on things I probably wouldn't buy at full price!

I love Big Lots!
I see that there was some upgrades to the store done recently. First I noticed exterior of the building was little reshaped and painted which is nice I think it’s more attractive now. Good job!
Inside was a lot of moving done, I thinkGrocery part was put back in the store and furniture was moved to the front which makes sense and not to be hidden in the back like in the past. Good thinking! Makes sense on marketing side of it.
I checked grocery isles (now) in back to see if selection was reduced but it seemed everything was there as before. I love European foods section that offers quite good and tasty snacks, sweets, jams, pickles (german and polish), etc, all for very reasonable prices.
Checked restrooms, clean and neat.

Thry renovated the store and it looks great. Bigger selection. And the cashiers lately have been super. They are very friendly and efficient. Big improvement from several years ago.

LOVE going here! Always plan on getting just a couple of items, but end up buying way more! They have amazing healthy products that are hard to find in other places and they're decent priced!
