THANK YOU to Paul at the Party City in O'Fallon, MO., or Store #5330. He helped me numerous times by phone to correct my order. He also helped me with your online website. I received photos today from our employee that the balloons were delivered on time. We appreciate the job Paul and other employees did to make our employee feel special on his birthday while in the hospital! Thank you!

Location: Nice and safe. The store is bright, clean, and full of helpful associates—a huge selection of anything you need for your party or event.

We came to party city looking for a whip for a costume, but there weren't any on the shelves. We asked a worker and the manager if they had any and Paul, the manager, went out of his way to retrieve one from a box on top of a shelf for us. He was very helpful and the workers were very sweet when we asked for help.

We had an issue with our delivery order so I immediately contacted the manager, Paul. He was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. He helped solve the problem and resolve it quickly so that we could carry on with our plans. Very impressed with his customer service!

I really enjoyed working with Tina on my balloon order for my daughter's 16th birthday. She was very patient with me while I was making decisions and offered wonderful recommendations. She was kind, thoughtful, and took great pride in her work!!

They did a great job on the balloons! They made every thing stress-free on the day of my son‘s birthday. I even forgot a very important balloon and brought it in the day of pick up and they filled up for free. Great customer service thank you very much I will be back several more times in the future.

I literally cannot say enough about Paul, who is the manager at this location. He is AMAZING! I needed a few more Mario Bros things for my son’s party that had just came in but wasn’t available online yet. I am 8 months pregnant and have three toddlers so it wasn’t going to be easy for me to run in as my husband was at work and the birthday party was the next day. He offered to set the few items aside, then run out to my car and grab my credit card when I got there, then brought the bag, my card, and receipt back out to me. If it weren’t for that, I would have had to bring all 3 kids in with me, one of which was the birthday boy who wasn’t supposed to see the surprise decorations. You can’t find service and hospitality like this anywhere anymore so I feel it needs to be recognized. Paul needs a raise! He is awesome!

This store off of hwy K has a lot more options than the one in Fenton. The staff is friendly and helpful. I went for balloons. They have a great selection and the quality is very good.

Party city LITERALLY saved my life today!! My daughter had to do a valentines day box for school on Tuesday so the kids can handout valentines card and my daughter wanted to do a basketball theme we were running from store to store to figure out how we were going to get l the things we needed in order to do so I finally looked online for mini basketball hoop and waaaalaaah party city had it for $2.50. I didn't realize how much stuff they have for every theme you can think of.

I ordered some things for a Bachlorette party that had to be picked up at the store! When I was in a time crunch to make it before they closed, I called to see if there was anyway it could be shipped to make me more at ease! I called and spoke to Carrigan who had INCREDIBLE customer service from the second she answered the phone all the way until the end of our call! We were able to get the items shipped and it was such a weight off my shoulders! A 5/5 customer experience and I am SO pleased!

Very cool place cool people they get you and get you out fast. Every kind of balloon possibly imaginable. Good party stuff. Nice place to visit will be back.

The items were well stocked, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and more then happy to answer all questions that I had. Will definitely be back when I plan my next party!

Great service. Stopped in at the last minute before a birthday party to get balloons, and even though the store was busy and there were plenty of preorders ahead of us, they managed to take care of us in a timely fashion. Thank you!

A bit pricey on some things, but it was the only local place I could find with Thomas the Tank Engine decorations for my son's birthday party. They have an awesome selection!

The team here really helped to accomodate me with everything I needed. I was planning for a baby shower and the team catered to my every need. I appreciate the time that this team gave to me.
