The other location has a little bit more of a selection but I would still highly recommend this location. The guy always working there pushed me to sign up with their loyalty program and ive been getting points that I can use towards juice or coils if I want. Thank you for being so friendly and informational.

All I can say is since I do vape, is this is the best vape shop. They are friendly and helpful and the stores even delivers for a small fee. Hey! We need all the extra help these days that we can get. 723 Vapor gets my vote as #1.

I have bought several devices from this place. They all have worked spectacularly. Whenever I get a faulty coil or pod I am always able to return it to the store and they replace it for free without a hassle and a smile on their face. This is important to me because I live on a budget. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I LOVE this place! They have an awesome rewards program, they deliver, and they are VERY knowledgeable about vape stuff. Especially if you're new to vaping I would choose them, as you can learn a lot. Also, They don't just have vape stuff. They have glass, kratom, and a variety of other items. Store is clean and bright. It gives me a happy feeling when I walk in.

723, in general, is the premiere vapor store in this area. I'm not sorry to say that at all. The core staff at every location I've been to is great. The stores are always clean and straightforward. The selections are plus or minus this and that, but usually spot on. They deliver. What the expletive else do you want from these people?

Tried this shop because I had heard good things from coworkers and was not disappointed. Tara was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and I could not have had a better experience. I will be doing all of my future business with this location. Five stars well earned.

Jon is a top notch guy. He answered every question we had plus though of things we didn't. I highly recommend going to see him at the Reynolds Road location.

Stefan is an awesome dude and really helped me out to learn about my vape box that I got as a Christmas gift. Super knowledgeable and kind.

The shop has great stock. All I wish was that maybe they sold some oils with caffeine or melatonin. Still solid, and do my business only with them.

They always have new flavors and the staff knows their products very well. Every location I go to, the staff recommendation has turned out to be a really good flavor, so much so I tend to have to get a new bottle more often because of friends wanting some for their vapes.

I can't say enough about how great this store is! The manager goes above and beyond to ensure that I am able to stay stocked up on my vape supplies, her advice is always spot-on, and she is extremely knowledgeable. I have tried many shops in town, and 723 Vapor is by far the best experience--amazing service, great prices and well-stocked.

Staff is very very knowledgeable and kind. Large selection of juices and mods. Great prices. This is my favorite vape shop I’ve been to in Lexington or Richmond. They do have a veterans discount.

Honestly I went into the shop going to buy something completely different but I was helped by friendly service and bought what my need actually was! Highly recommend!! Very informative and I learned a lot about my vaping needs. Will be back!!
