Fast and Easy. I purchased online, and was told 2hr pickup. They emailed me a 1/2hour later letting me know it was ready for pick up. Very helpful at the store. Offered to bring it out to my car. Great Customer Service, and excellent wait time.

Great store can find anything you might need in an easy to shop consumer in mind store. Target is definitely keeping up with today's consumer driven trends

It’s Target- what’s not to love! They have almost everything you could want at really good prices. I’m super spoiled by the drive-up service now. I can order anything, and it’ll be ready in 2 hours. They just bring it to your car for free! I have noticed they’ve seemed short staffed lately, but everywhere is like that since the pandemic, I think.

I love placing orders at Target its ready 2 hours or less! I am able to pick up things I need for dinner, items I run low on. I love it when they have the gift card if you buy three cleaning items! Everyone else, you needed a minimum and a time slot!

Love this target, the scooters don’t have arm rests so my sister can fit on them, she’s over the weight limit but so far no issues with them

I haven't been to Target for a while. A lot of changes there and busy. There is a Starbuck inside Target as well

I love Target! The store is always organized, clean, and the products available are always what I'm looking for. Love their clothes too! Sometimes, products are a little more expensive than what I am willing to pay, but it's rare.

He went above and beyond all expectations as a cashier as he took the time to answer my questions all while being fast and courteous. It has been a long time since I've received such great customer service, I greatly appreciate his efforts!

Target has become my favorite store for shopping! I truly enjoy the WARM feeling when I walk through the doors. The staff is always pleasantly friendly.. Unlike the competitive stores. And, this is the reason that I have GROWN TO LOVE TARGET. AND, SHOP HERE MORE, NOW. I also, love their sale prices. It's just a Wonderful place with Beautiful products. ❤

I placed an order for pick up and it was ready quickly! I had a bit of a wait in store to pick up but items were correct and I had no problems with the order!

I went in to get a mini-fridge (our kitchen refrigerator crashed and will not be replaced for over a week). When I went to the kitchen section and asked a young man where I might find the mini-fridges, he told me there was one in kitchen and others elsewhere. Turns out the one I wanted was in his section. As I was about to load it into my cart, he volunteered to get furniture truck, then helped me check out, and carried the fridge to my car and loaded it in. He was very kind and helpful. I am sorry that I did not get his name--he deserves store recognition.

I was very pleased to see multiple cashiers open on this Sunday afternoon. I didn't have to wait at all. My cashier RyAnn was the absolute sweetest and was very kind to my son. I had a few questions and she was able to help me with everything I needed, all while being a proficient cashier.

I went through self checkout, and some of the in store specials didn't show up. A Target employee was there immediately, to correct the mistake, and send me on my way. I really appreciated that.

Keegan was super helpful and very friendly. He helped us with our returns and was very nice about our entire situation because we lost a gift card that was supposed to be sent through email to us. We found everything we came to buy and a couple extra items we wanted.

Always love shopping here. They always have what I need in stock. The only bad part is the infants clothing. All the outfits are always mixed together and never in one spot.

Target is the only store in town that sells the organic chicken strips that my family loves. Because of this, I shop here more often than I used to. Now they are getting added sales when I’m in store. It’s the little things that get people coming to a store and it’s the other little things that keep you going back.

Besides our favorite chicken, the store has friendly and helpful staff members. The store is clean and well organized. If it was closer to where I live (it’s a 30 mile drive), I would shop there more often. Target, please open a store in Richmond, KY.
